Платные принадлежности (щетка, бритва и так далее, будет внимательны). Очень не комфортный выключатель, он один на всю комнату, и находится возле прихожей, есть выключатель который все выключает у кровати, но включить с него ничего нельзя. В туалете с душем не очень приятный запах, душ не имеет перегородки, и при мытье водой можно залить весь унитаз, он будет мокрым. Входная дверь сама не закрывается, ее надо всегда подталкивать. Свет в туалет выключается автоматически через время, может быть так, что вы в душе и свет автоматически выключился. Так же в номере практически не бывает солнечного света, утром не комфортно просыпаться из-за темноты.

バスタブからの排水の流れが悪く シャワー中少しづつ貯まっていくのが 残念な点でした。 あと贅沢な事を言わせてもらえるなら コインランドリーがあったら 最高に快適に過ごせて 満点だったと思います。

One of the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, always smiley and good natured, and even helped me secure housekeeping one evening when I'd rested in the room the whole day and had only managed to leave the room at 5.30pm. I was so grateful 😊!! This was my second stay at Ara. I came back because I like the comfy room, the very clean and pretty bathroom and sink areas, and the big TV and general spaciousness and orderliness of the room. It always smells nice and clean. It's a very short walk from the subway station Dongmyo, which makes it really convenient to get anywhere.

I did laundry at the new laundromat attached to DM Hotel, their sister hotel two doors away. The washing machine didn't seem to add detergent to the load even though it said it was automatically provided. (DM Hotel gave me a refund on the money I'd put into the machine.) A bit of a panic moment, I had to get detergent from the convenience store across the road since it was late at night and other shops were closed.

everything!! the place made us enjoy our stay in korea, travelling was not difficult because it’s near both dongmyo and dongdaemun stations (walking distance). though the room is small but it’s sufficient for both of us, the area is safe and very convenient.
