Nice place for the price we enjoyed our time

The place was very nice and spacious! Cute and modern.

Easy acess, clean, and great communication. Neighborhood a little run down but rental was nice. Great backyard.

The house was clean and everything was simple for check in and check out and even tho it’s in a rougher part of Springfield the surrounding houses wasn’t trashed and no one bothered anyone out anything. I would stay again if I need a place!

The Lush Wonders house is a great base for visiting the Springfield area of Missouri. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is well kept, clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again when I return to the area.

worked perfectly for our family Thanksgiving, with open floorplan to allow us to cook dinner and be able to hang out all together during preparation.

Please read all the reviews. I am not the first guest to see roaches on the kitchen counters. There was a skillet in the cabinet with grease and food particles in it. This house sleeps 6 but there are only 4 towels. Beds have sheets and bedspread. No extra blankets. Extra pillows in the closet but no pillowcases.

For four guys looking for a place to basically sleep while attending a convention, it was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Only issue was the kitchen was not stocked well as we tried to make breakfast one morning.

This was a fantastic alternative for a hotel. Instead of renting three different hotel rooms for my family, I booked this house for the weekend. The owner has good communication. The place was clean & well kept. Nice fenced in backyard provides privacy. Location is convenient.

The property is not in the best part of the city. We heard gunshots one night during our stay. The home was relatively clean and comfortable with smart TV and wifi. However, the home has minimal supplies. 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 forks, no butter knifes, no serving bowls, platters, etc. The dryer had to be turned on by one of my husband's tools as the knob was stripped and would not turn the settings. It rained one night and the roof over the dryer - where I had clothes hung to dry leaked. We noticed a few cockroaches and were afraid we would carry them in our suitcases back to our home. The yard was overgrown and needed edging. A positive was we were able to bring our small dog and we did not have to kennel them during the construction and the A/C worked well. The owner communicated well on how to check in. But there were no instructions for checking out, and there was no instructions for working the TV or local recommended restaurants.

Great place to stay. We booked it when we moved my daughter to Evangel and it was literally 5 minute away. Clean and very comfortable. The only thing is the dryer was broke so we couldn’t do laundry but that’s it. Check in was easy and communication was always answered when a question arose. Check out was just as easy. Would stay again if the need ever arises.

Well when I pulled up it was some trash on the ground by the back got there code didn’t work had to contact the host several times being outside for a long time ask for a later check out cause I wasted so much time he said no the dryer wouldn’t work it was problem after problem this stay was crazy and I wasted a lot of my money on this stay!!! Something needs to be done

We just stayed one night. The inside was nice, clean, and comfortable. The porch and windows looked like they were in the middle of being worked on (didn't bother us much). The property outside was messy and had trash all over. Overall, it was a good place to stay for one night. The property could be improved, but it looks like the owner is putting work into it.

The property manager was very accommodating and responded quickly to msgs. We were going to be needing somewhere to get ready before wedding and we’re able to check-in a little early which gave us time to prepare before the wedding. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for our family and we enjoyed the nights stay after the wedding with visiting in the open living room and plenty of sitting room. The only unfortunate part was the refrigerator wasn’t cooling when we arrived. He informed us that he had just had it repaired. But it hadn’t reached a temp that we could utilize it while there. We had coolers to keep the food ready for the wedding. I was pleased that we had a place so close to venue and comfy beds to lay our heads. Thank you!

Nice house big rooms nice fenced in backyard the kitchen could use a few more utensils and dishes but it was adequate my only complaint is the refrigerator it is nice but the temperature was staying around 50 degrees and we had some food go bad I let the owner know about it they said they would have it looked at other than that it was a nice place

We were in town for our daughter’s sporting event and just needed a place to crash a couple nights that was better than a hotel. Had all the amenities we needed and we’d stay here again if we come back to town for the same reason. A few downfalls? Bathroom has a strong mildew smell and the property overall could use a dehumidifier. It was sweaty and sticky despite the AC. Also, there seems to be an extreme shortage of blankets. At minimum, each bed needs a flat sheet to go with the comforters but a couple layers would be nice and a throw or two for the living room would help too. It was strange to me that the only blankets in the whole house were the 3 comforters for the beds. Would have earned a 5 star if communication was better. (I had to reach out 3 hours before check in time because I had no info on how to access the property. No check out instructions anyway, no welcome note or info about the house or area in the house.) The house was also in “away” mode still when we arrived. AC wasn’t set despite the 85° day. Fridge wasn’t even plugged in. No lights on or nightlights. And TV in back bedroom is very scratched. We didn’t even try to use it.

Nice clean 3 br with open kitchen and living room with plenty of off-street parking. Large private fenced backyard with covered patio and garage. The patio and garage aren't finished rehabbing yet but will be nice place to entertain when done, barbecue grill and fire pit would be a nice addition. I have older kids that live nearby and would stay there again.

We stayed here 2 days with our dogs. I liked the fenced in back yard. It was missing a few items like a cookie sheet for baking, blinds in the back bedroom and bathroom but overall it was a great place to stay.

Enjoyed this property the lister was a call away and would recommend people to check it out.

We decided last minute to take a family vacation. This house was perfect. Very clean and communication with the home owners was great.

-Glass in driveway, backyard, and front walkway -overgrown grass in weeds front and back. Small snake in backyard probably from overgrowth -3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and NO washcloths for 4 people -no comforter on king size bed...we had to purchase a blanket for everyone to be warm -old pod left in Keureg...no pods available but creamer and sugar was? -Floors are warped and slanted/soft spots. This is honestly dangerous and if a disabled person stays there and is injured in a fall you could be facing a lawsuit (ADA) -threshold strip going to step down into king bedroom is not secured...again...dangerous
