The condo was exactly as listed. The place was well kept and very clean. Property management were very responsive and quite helpful. We had a delightful stay and will likely return.

Great Condo with amazing views!! Love the corner unit. This is our 3rd time staying in this building and this is the best unit so far. Appreciated the 2 large couch’s since we had 4 adults staying and 2 separate sleeping areas with separate bathrooms!! Very clean and tidy. Also great proximity to discovery bike trail, board walk and downtown Long Beach. You can walk or bike just about everywhere. We’ll be back again for sure!! Thank you!

The property is pleasant looking. It has a great location and a great view of the ocean. The condo is clean and had plenty of everything we needed. The chairs near the windows is a nice touch for sitting and enjoying the view. Long Beach is a welcoming change of a beach trip. Everyone we met in town were very nice and fun to talk to. We recommend Castaways Restaurant, it was our favorite place. We came in December, the off season. I liked the laid back pace of the town's "beach time". Me and my sister came to just relax, work on a puzzle while listening to Christmas movies and staring at the ocean. It was perfect.

This property was exactly as advertised and was one of the best rental experiences we have had. The property was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Location was absolutely worth every penny and the condo was well stocked with all the little extras that you need. The view and being able to hear the surf and see the ocean each morning from the bedroom and living room was very relaxing. The local area is so charming and inviting, we had such great experience. We will be staying here again for sure.

The location of this building is very centralized to town, we walked to every gift shop, restaurant, coffee spot, bakery and of course the beach! The Condo was extremely clean and organized. You would never know they allowed pets if it wasn't in the description. Amazing views so you can enjoy the beauty and serenity of the beach no matter the weather. You can hunker down and have a quiet weekend or you can keep busy with all the activities/businesses right outside your door! We were looking to book again before we even left!

Azure Pearl is a great place for ocean view scenery, access to the beach and the Long Beach boardwalk. There is elevator access, which is the best for a location on the upper floors where the best views are. Only two issues with the unit: 1) the beds are very soft, so not so good for sleeping if you have back issues; 2) the ice maker wasn't working correctly. I contacted our host and they did send someone right out to check it out. The repair person dumped out all of the ice that was there, so when we returned there wasn't any ice, and the ice maker was only cranking out about 3 ice cubes an hour. So we made a trip to Sid's to buy ice. Just frustrating that they dumped out what ice we did have and just let it melt, I guess. I would stay at Azure Pearl again, or at any property managed by this host as they are very responsive, and pleasant to work with

Super clean, quiet, amazing views, close to beaches and lighthouses, close to stores. Bring your seasonings and plastic baggies. But a great place to stay.

Perfect location for the beach, sunsets, walks on the boardwalk, beach, and into town. It was nice to just park the car and get lost in the beauty.

Property was very clean and nice. Ocean view was next to none. Kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Only downside is the price is a little high but you get what you pay for. Cost around $550 after fees per night. Would stay again at that price but not for much higher.

This was one of our best vacation home experiences ever. The view and location were amazing! Minutes walk to the beach, or to the shops and food downtown. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere. We stayed at Azure Pearl and it was extremely clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured! I do feel that the expectations on departure are a bit high compared to what we payed to stay there for 4 nights but that's extremely minor. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean, well stocked and spacious. Views were amazing. The beach was easily accessible and not crowded. The city has a quiet village charm to it. For busy touristy activities and cuisine choices you can drive down to Seaside just 40 mins away. We had left some articles in the condo. The property managers were responsive and mailed it back to us. Thanks!

I am in a wheelchair and the only other place I could sit was a side living room chair. The setup for the whole condo, including the furniture, was tired looking. The decor was a reminder of how we should have stayed somewhere else.

If your looking for a beach view this is your condo !! The whole process was very easy with Bloomer. Check in and Check out was all on my phone. The condo was very nice with everything a family needed and some. Very nice appliances and kitchen supplies. The place looks new inside. We had a drain that was plugged in master shower and it was taken care of quickly. I really don't have any negative to say. The door locks weirdly and takes getting use to and the living room TV looses wifi quite often. Those are negative things though. I felt the highlight was the view and the feel of a clean new place. 3-4 minute walk to having your feet in the ocean.Other things to note that we liked were, lots of DVD's, Play Station so bring your games for it, coffee maker and Keurig, new range and micro , full size washer and dryer, comfy beds, lots of board games and good WIFI. We did forget our nice can opener so next guests please enjoy :) Overall it was a great stay. Thanks Bloomer

We stayed here for 5 days and it was amazing for spring break! Not too busy in town and we got to go clamming! The condo had great information about the town with info on restaurants and local shops. My only negative comment is the day of check in they send you an email with a “code” that unlocks the box where you get your key. Well we got to the condo around 5-6 pm on a Saturday and the code provided in the email was not correct. It took close to 1/2 hour calling numbers from online and leaving voicemails trying to reach someone. A lady called us back and told us we were at the wrong condo. We went downstairs where she told us to go and walked into someone’s home! Whoops! But she gave us the cleaners code so we could get in. But it worried us that we could have potentially not been able to get in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at several condos at Windward Passage and this was one of our favorites. It was very clean, the beds and furniture were new/comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. It is on the third floor on the corner, giving you even more light and the fantastic view over the dunes. Being dog friendly is a huge plus for our family. We will add this unit to our list of places to return to. Thank you!
