The room is so big can smoking..they even put ashtray for smoking people

Nothing. I still want to know from Booking.com why allowed such hotel to publish in your app and what rights do they have to sell one hotel but give another hotel in actual? Is this a fair and right thing to do?

Booked T Hotel but was sent to Euro Hotel as the staff claimed T hotel is under renovation. The reception area stunk, the room was not well lighted, very old and ran down; bedlinen is yellowish, floor and furniture were with cigarette marks and bathroom is so disgusting. Made a complaint n request to cancel my stay but the staff disallowed and claimed tht Euro is better than T and I shd feel honoured given a better hotel. Oh my, I wouldnt come back again even if given free stay. The earlier reason for choosing T was bcoz it's convenient for my client but never thought that hotels can switch our choice just like that. Worst part, they totally ignored customer's request as if it was me who shd own up to this mistake. For goodness' sake, I chose T and not Euro. In short, this is not a decent hotel. Not sure how they earned the Rating - totaly unfair.
