Dreamy location with short walk to beach with Gulf and marsh views while sitting on the couch. House is well maintained and the beds were very comfy. Linens were fluffy. We will stay here again! We are very picky about beach locations and this is the best place on West Beach where there is privacy and yet not far from main island activity if you choose to hop in your car. Hostess is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Location and ocean views could not be beat. Although the kitchen is small, the appliances are top notch. Plenty of room in fridge and dishwasher. We did have one issue with the upstairs tub leaking, but owner quickly calmed our concerns. Location is so close to the beach and very private with just a few families on a busy spring break week.

Even though it rained all weekend the views from every room were still beautiful. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent for family vacation with private beach…. walking distance from the beach house. I enjoyed the kitchen very much. They have everything that we need. Not to mention the ocean view from all the windows!!!! Will use this place again. Exceptional host. Pamela is wonderful. Very helpful!!!! My son enjoyed his birthday !!!! Great location right off the beach. Had some fantastic views of both the beach and the salt-marsh to the side of the house that provided some wonderful bird-watching opportunities. Clean, well-maintained, updated rental with really no negatives. One of the very best rentals we've stayed at over the last 15 years. It is small, but was a terrific place for the three of us. Only two bedrooms, but they are very large compared to some rentals. Loved our stay.

Had a great stay at this location. Everything was clean and the beach was few steps from the house. Miss Pamela was quick in response.

I’ve been visiting Galveston for years, and this has been my favorite stay so far. You just can’t beat the views and proximity to the uncrowded beach. The beds are beyond comfortable. Watching the sunrise is a must! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with the remote feeling that comes with the neighborhood, and it’s practically beachfront. It was also very close to everything on Seawall blvd, so it’s super convenient. Very well decorated and furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our time at Sunny Beach. We felt at home in the house, which was much cleaner than most rentals we have experienced in Galveston. And, the beach was only steps away. I hope we will have a chance to visit again soon.

Pam's beach house is beyond our expectations, well maintained and very cleaning, fantastic views from 3 sides of the house. One morning, We even sat in bed and watched sunrise. 3 minutes walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes drive to Krogers, could not ask for more... One of our best trips in Galveston, will definitely book again. Thank you

Perfect size for a family of 4! You couldn’t get any closer to the beach. Each of the 3 private balcony’s were relaxing and a real treat. Super clean house, tons of towels and extras - Pam thought of EVERYTHING! Beach was also amazingly clean and not crowded. Nice quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. A real hidden gem - we hope to come back as soon as possible!

Perfect spot for a young family. No loading up the car to get to the beach, concerns about someone getting tired, hot, needing to go to the bathroom, etc. We could take sun breaks back at the house while still enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped.

Pictures did not do this place justice. The house was adorable and the view from the bedroom was fantastic. Very convenient location right off the Seawall. Owner is fantastic. Very sweet. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

the house is darling and very clean. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed. The bed and bedroom was cozy and great views. All over experience was wonderful!

The house is very nice and clean. It is 500 feet from the ocean with a gravel path straight to the beach. It has two bedrooms, a bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The owner is so nice and friendly and is on top of anything that might be wrong with the house. For a small family or two couples, this is a perfect find. Would recommend it highly.

The house was small but perfect for me, my husband and our two year old - we also had a friend decide to join us at the last minute, and it was a little tight with him there but overall we were very comfortable and happy. There was plenty of extra bedding, pillows and towels. One thing I was disappointed in - which is of no fault to the owner - was the amount of traffic that the property saw. Being at the end of the dead-end street I thought it would be very quiet but there were a lot of folks who turned around in our driveway or would park right in front of the house to use the beach access...that was very aggravating. It was also very bright in the master bedroom at night due to the outdoor lights of the house across the street - some darker curtains or blinds would have been great, but we were so tired at night it didn't bother us too much. Also, the dryer needs repaired - it works but constantly turns off before clothes are dry. Otherwise, the house was well stocked with all the necessities as well as lots of beach towels and gear - toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc - that was great to find out! Pamela was very responsive and helpful, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would highly recommend the place.

The location was superb. This home was tastefully decorated, quaint sea cottage style. We enjoyed the ocean views from all three patios. The house was well equipped for preparing meals. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the bunnies in the yard. The home was very clean.

The owner thought of everything! Just bring your bathing suit and you are good to go! We enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our family!
