Interior access to the second floor was via a very narrow, winding open staircase. This access would be neither suitable nor safe for a young child, or anyone beyond middle age. This issue was not identified in the listing, and I had to reassign people to the other house I had rented to accommodate my family. The outdoor seating area in the back was unusable because it was completely overgrown with weeds. Additionally, the outdoor shower was also unusable because the curtains and pipes were lying in pieces on the lawn.

The property was very close to the beach and was clean. We stayed for a long weekend and it fit our needs perfectly. Great beach house. It was just a small friend group but this property could work for a small family as well. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed.

No toilet paper holders in either bath2. No dressers in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, we had to live out of our luggage for 2 weeks3. No towel racks in either bath4. One bath has no electrical outlets. Where are you supposed to plug in a hair dryer or tooth brush?5. No spices at all in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper6. Outside shower is cold water only7. No outside sprayer for rinsing feet 8. One bath's shower does not get hot enough to use9. The vacuum is a rug vac. No way to vacuum sand off of bare floors.10. Most of the dishes are not microwave safe.11. There is a stack of dishes on top of the microwave that looks like they should be used. If you turn these plates over, on the bottom the say "Not safe for food"!Again, Berkshire Hathaway needs to vet their properties better. BUYER BEWARE!
