Our family had a wonderful time in Westminster. The house was big enough to fit our family. The ping-pong table and foozeball table was a huge hit. My 7 and 5 year old loved the pool that was right up the hill as well. We cant wait to com back and explore move mor

Nice, clean home. Beautiful backyard with a nice patio gazebo that seats many plus a patio table with umbrella on the deck. We had a wonderful stay. Cody was always quick to respond to any questions. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our two night stay here! Great attention to detail and had everything we needed. Living room was a bit tight on space for any gatherings, but with the nice weather it was perfect to split up between indoor and outdoor/top patio spaces. Absolutely loved the lower level of outdoor space! We didnt get a chance to visit the walking-distance pool, but as we passed by on a Sunday, it looked so EMPTY! It looked so nice, too! Next time =)

Cody was very responsive throughout our booking and the check in was seamless. The house itself was clean, had all the necessities to host a family. Plenty of rooms and space for all. Great location in Arvada! Definitely would book again.

This property worked great for our group of 5 guys. We came to town for a mini-college reunion - it had been 29 years since we graduated and made for a great location to reconnect.

The family and I are in the middle of buying a home and needed a week stay while we finished closing and other paper work.
The home was great. Had what we need and was very comfortable.

We were glad to have found this place for our Idaho family to use as a base for a CU Denver graduation. Located across from a park in a quiet residential area, but close to shopping and with a short connection to major arterial to Boulder was great.
Everything turned out just as advertised. The place was very clean and the split entry design with 2 bedrooms and a bath on each floor worked out perfectly for our group of 8. We also were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was. We like to do our own cooking and hate to buy a bunch of spices which you barely use.
We also really appreciated your quick responses to all our questions.
You have a great place and we only wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the deck and the gazebo area.
We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and had everything we needed. The foosball and pingpong tables were a hit with the teenagers and adults in our group. Cody was a great host, very reaponsive to our needs. Highly recommend staying here.

Had to rent a place while we remodel our house. Convenient nearby home with parks, trails, etc. nearby. Dog friendly yard. Great stay.

Hi- We had a great stay- we had 8 in total and the house was plenty to big for us. We were here visiting our daughter that goes to Boulder and had a wonderful time.

It worked out perfectly for our family of 12 (six of those being small children). We were only there a few days, but it served our needs just fine. It was clean and right across the street from a lovely park. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable home! We enjoyed the surrounding amenities like pickleball courts and basketball courts that are a short walk from the house. The home was well stocked with amenities for us like extra condiments in the fridge, and ping pong table in the garage. We would stay here again in the future!

House was nice and clean when we arrived. It was hot outside and house was nice and cool. Location was great for our visit to Denver and kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. All in all, great stay and great experience!

This home did not disappoint! Our family was there for the Taylor Swift concert and we had a great experience with this property. We were able to take the grand kids across the street to the park and grilled supper for those who didn’t go to the concert. Our concert goers were able to get there and back with ease.

We stayed here while our hardwood floors were being refinished. The location of this rental was very convenient. There’s a nice park trail across the street and it has a very big backyard. I would recommend it! It’s a quiet area, too!

This property was awesome. Felt safe in the area. The interior has clearly recently been redone. Modern feel and VERY clean. Plenty of space. 2 great spaces to hang out inside the house. Location is awesome. Plenty of shopping close by but not on top of the house. Park LITERALLY across the street with courts, ball fiekds and playground. Nice (large) fenced back yard. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms well stocked with plenty towels AND shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Like new washer and dryer worked great. Owner is great communicator. Can't say enough good things about this property. We will be back.
