right opposite Shinagawa station which made travelling around Tokyo very easy and convenient. very friendly staff and clean hotel, always greeted with a smile

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The facility was extremely well kept and clean and conveniently located near the train and other modes of transportation.

It did not have a pool on site but had a beautiful bath house. H

The staff was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful with the garden access directly from the property. The room was spacious and included more than expected. The train station was right around the corner as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

no much variety of food and over priced very limited Room service availability The entrance it’s too far to get to with luggage and no one by the door to assist on arrival They didn’t have interconnected rooms ( Family of 4 we need it them ) Language barrier ( We had to paid an extra night as at check in the lady didn’t tell us that we could do a late check out till 4pm ) we were only advise of this at check out but it was too late as we checked out at 6pm There is currently construction happening next to the building and it’s very noisy

The staff incredible, the room & cleanliness was amazing..

We order room service, it was disappointing & not very nice. (I could not eat it). We would have liked to be able to order Japanese food since we were in Japan.. instead a western menu.. we wanted to experience & enjoy the food & culture .. room service did not give us that.. did not order again..

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a spectacular garden connecting the hotel to another hotel operated by the same group.

Although it is located not too far from Shinagawa station, walking with luggage can be challenging when it is raining or on a hot day. There are in fact three Prince Hotels in the vicinity, so it would be nice if there was a shuttle bus service connecting the three hotels to the station or to the airports.

The attached garden was definitely the highlight of the stay, we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms without the crowd, and it was beauuutiful. Recommend checking it out both during the day and at night, it gives very different vibes.

A beautiful, serene property and immaculate lobby (which always smelled wonderful, surrounded by terraced gardens. It is an absolute oasis in the heart of the Shinagawa district, just steps from the train station.

While we loved the isolation and quiet provided by the gardens and clever location, the selection of restaurants and cafes adjacent to the hotel were limited.

Superb room with an exceptional morning and evening cityscape view. Handy location 5 min away from a major rail and metro station.

Breakfast offered modest choice for a premium price. Working hours of the restaurant are very restrictive - if you plan to arrive in the evening, don't make plans to grab a quick bite or a drink in the hotel restaurant/bar as it will not take any orders after 9:00 PM, and closes already at 9:30 PM - disappointing. Room service might help - that is, if you are willing to cope with a limited and unimaginative, yet hugely overpriced offer.

Pricy and simple breakfast. It could have been more flexible with check-in ou and check out.

Room extremely comfortable and very spacious for the location. it’s extremely close to Shiganawa station.

The only restaurant in this hotel was western style although as it’s part of a group of 3 connected Hotels via a lovely Japanese garden there were other options.
