Aaron was a great host who was so communicative at making sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and laid out wonderfully for our large group. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need to make a big meal, and there wasn't a thing that was missing in this house. We really enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub and the fire pit. A lot of thought and care has obviously been put into making this a great vacation home. Thank you for everything!

This was our first time in Ellicottville, and this house did not disappoint. Aaron was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating and reached out multiple times to check in with us. The house was clean and decorated nicely, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Towels for the hot tub were included, which was so nice. The house is so close to the slopes that you would be able to see people skiing (although we were there before the slopes opened). It was a three-minute drive downtown, which was also so convenient. My only note for those looking to rent this house is that there is a really cute spiral staircase to the loft/upstairs two bedrooms. It is winding and narrow. It was fine for us to go up and down, but I would worry about older people who might not do well with the stairs. There is a much wider staircase outside up to the second floor, but I would imagine that might also be difficult to navigate in the winter. Hands down, though, this is a place to rent for a very cozy and fun getaway! Thanks so much, Aaron for sharing your house with us! We had plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples and 3 smash children. The kids loved running the hills up and down. We were also impressed with the quality of the kitchenware in comparison to other rentals.

My friends and me stayed for the wknd to celebrate a 40th birthday! We had the best time - the house was beautiful and well stocked. We had plenty of room for 8 of us and we loved the hot tub! Aaron was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we were set. I would highly recommend going here and we plan to come back!

This wonderful property was more than enough for 3 families to share. The ground level bunk room was a hit with the kids. Every living space and bedroom was nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well, between the ground level hot tub and spacious second floor deck most of our time at the house was spent outside. Aaron was also a great host, checking in on us and quickly solving the one minor issue (which was out of his control) that we had. We will be back!

Had a lovely stay

First off, The home is beautiful and clean. Everything is as shown in the photos. We visited in the summer and were treated to lush green surroundings rather than snow. We were immediately struck with the thoughtful details throughout. There were towels for the hot tub, all necessary sundries in the kitchen and many other helpful touches like sticks to roast marshmallows on the fire. The bedding was luxurious and the decor is elegant and not overdone. The home has every amenity you could want including TVs in every room and a hot tub looking out to the mountain. At one point we actually tried to find something inconvenient that would send us to the store - we couldn’t identify anything. There was ample space for my family and I can envision it comfortably hosting another 4-5 people. Our host Aaron really was magnificent. He contacted me ahead of our stay to confirm some details. Upon our arrival we found some very special touches that were inspired by our initial contact. This really meant a lot to my family and started our stay with excitement. He was in touch as our stay began to make sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t need to contact him for anything during our stay but I am confident he would have handled anything. I would recommend this home without hesitation. We are also going to look for some time in the winter to return and go skiing.

Had a great weekend at this house with 2 other couples. Had every amenity we could ask for and more, plenty of space for everyone, and was very clean. Location was perfect too. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time this weekend! The view of the slopes from the property was absolutely breathtaking. There is nothing that the owners did not think of! The layout of the house is spectacular. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals and this was our favorite by far! Our whole family was there and I love to cook – the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Plenty of space and the kids loved that they had their own private area on the first floor with the kitchenette. The beds and bedding were top quality. There was a ton of storage for our skis and snowboards and equipment. Plenty of parking paces available. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes with a view of the private wooded backyard was just what we needed. The fire pit it was perfect for winter s’mores with the kids. Firewood was even provided by the owners which is rare! This is a must stay for anyone that loves Ellicottville - minutes from downtown but still private and secluded. We are already planning our return for the summer festivities. The house is walking distance to the pools at holiday valley and the golf course. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

We could not have asked for better. The place was amazing all-around. Beds were super comfortable. Views were the best we’ve seen in Ellicottville. Skiing one minute away. Going to try to come back in the summertime for golf and ropes.

This place was amazing. Went with another family and our kids to ski and relax. Plenty of room, super clean, and very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Holiday valley is literally right across the street, could easily walk down with gear if not for kids. Only regret is not staying for the whole week! Definitely coming back.
