Wished it had been a bit close to the convention centre and less steps up to the property

Having driven 5 hours on hearing that my mother had passed away I arrived to find all of the crockery in the dishwasher still dirty. I could not even make a cup of tea. I informed the host - no discount ensued. There is no fire exit for this property making it unsafe. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a Victorian Building. There is no rear fire exit so the only exit is via the front door. The lock was not fitted with an internal cylinder meaning I was left with A) leave the door unlocked whilst I was asleep at night or B) lock the door and leave the key in the lock and hope I could find this and make the door work in the event of an emergency. There was no welcome pack, no salt or pepper even. It felt like no care had been given and that this was purely a profit making venture. As a Harrogatonian I'm disappointed that this is the hospitality I received and the hospitality that other guests of my home town are offered. I paid a high price in a week when there were no conferences as I expected a high class of establishment - a dishwasher full of dirty crockery and cutlery was what I was greeted with for a £600 stay - not acceptable.

Everything I have already mentioned. A let down I'm afraid - especially at a time when I needed accomodation to offer what it says it will on the most cruicial of standards - cleanliness.

The property was a good location. Nice amenities.

The space was very small for 4 people. Also the bathroom upstairs had no door so it was a bit awkward. The rooms were rather tight and small.

Modern and bright apartment that has been newly renovated. In walking distance from the town centre, quiet road and parking available behind. A great place to stay in our experience!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and looked even better in person than on the photos, and the photos were great. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. The location was spot on took about 8 mins to get to Harrogate centre with a 6 year old. Parking was not a problem either whilst we were there.

Not really a not like but just to note that you have to go up a few flights of stairs. So something to be aware of if you have prams or mobility issues. But was fine for us and well worth the stairs.
