We had a great stay. The property is definitely a little dated but still great. The complex is very small and quiet, which is as perfect for us. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. We rarely had to share the pool. We loved the back deck area and parking situation the most (there’s a spot right next to the back deck). It’s close to everything with very little traffic. The only things that I would mention is that the shower is really small and the back deck gate is falling off, making it hard to use. Neither of these things impacted our stay in any way. We would definitely book again.

We loved this place! It was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for the beach.The office didn't know the wifi password but we ended up finding it on the back of the box.

We arrived early on our check in day. We went to the check in point, aware that we were early and asked if we could go ahead and check in. We were allowed to check in and told our condo would be ready in an hour to 1.5 hrs. Time passed and we didn’t get any information. We finally received our room access around 4:30. We were told we could use the lazy River at the hotel we checked in at and given a wrist band. We were approached that night by a security guard who advised we weren’t allowed to be there. We had our 3 children with us. I went to the front desk with the security guard who stood outside and called the police for trespassing, with our children in tow. The lady behind the counter was very apologetic and didn’t understand why the police had been called on us as they had given us the wrist band for access. Police came and allowed me to return the band and go back to my condo. We were never given Wi-Fi information. When I asked about it on the VRBO app, I was told I needed that from the front desk. Our condo then got a leak from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen. Maintenance came and cut a hole in the ceiling and didn’t say anything else to us about the issue, other than the obvious eyesore. This was the absolute worst experience for us and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. I asked if we could check out on the first night when the police were called and I could just receive a refund as our children were totally upset and petrified but was denied a refund.
