Studio was well furnished with a lovely view of the city and sea! Staff were extremely communicative which helped lots especially in the run up to our stay!

The pillows were uncomfortable and the spare pillows were dirty. Cigarette buts left on the balcony.

This flat was perfect for our stay in Reykjavik. It is conveniently located next to a supermarket, and within a short walking distance from the city centre. Self check in went smoothly with the instructions provided and the flat itself is great: modern, comfortable and have all the supplies that we needed. We highly recommend it!

Pleasant room with a balcony (although our room didn't really have much of a view, just of the street below). Basic amenities and relatively modern setup.

A few minor but slightly annoying issues. The room was equipped with a double bed, but we were given two single duvets. Advertised as having sockets close to the bed, however, there was only one set that would be considered close to the bed, and they were being utilised by the internet hub. Advertised as having a toaster, but no toaster provided. The oven had a grill that could be utilised to toast bread, but that's a bit of a reach if you're advertising the room having a toaster. The radiator in the bathroom had to be wiped down as it was pretty dirty.

Maybe add a firmer pillow, but great stay!

Great location, and very good view, balcony was a huge plus since we could check for northern lights regularly. The kitchen was well equipped.

We hadden liever wat meer handdoeken gewild vanaf het begin. Nu moesten we hier voor mailen (waar wel gewoon snel op werd gereageerd) en leverden ze het af voor de deur. Dit was ook omdat wij niet aanwezig waren, maar dat kan je ook eigenlijk niet verwachten van toeristen. Het zou dus het beste zijn als de handdoeken er al sowieso hadden geweest.

Très bien situé. On se gare facilement dans la rue. Laverie gratuite en libre service. Très propre. Literie très confortable

Manque des accessoires dans la cuisine

Place was clean, warm and calm, no noise at all. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed comfortable. It is 15-20 min of walking distance from and to the center. I am going to miss it.

Entrance door was a little hard to open, we had to try several times to enter.

Studio très fonctionnel pour visiter Reykjavik ! Petite cuisine pratique et équipée, salle de bain tout confort et literie confortable. Petit balcon agréable. Emplacement à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre ville.

Nice to have a kitchen so I could make meals in my room when needed. Good view of the ocean.

Can’t leave your bags if you arrive early because there are no staff on site. But there are luggage storage options around the city (for a price).

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well designed and functional flat.

Minor comment, but housekeeping did not refill dish washing soap or tablets for the dishwasher. I moved the decorations on shelving in order to use for clothes as flat did not have any dressers.

Very clean, nice place. Warm. Good location. Everywhere is close to walk around the city. Easy contact. Very happy !

The studio was really nice with view overlooking the bay. Super convenient with fre parking on the street and two good grocery stores within 3-5 min walking distance. Approx 15-20 min walk to city centre.

Did not miss a thing. Look out with the fridge though, make sure it is not on the coldest as everything in it will freeze.

New and clean place. Spacious for even two. Close enough to city center that starts few blocks away. Ok equipped kitchen.

I’d like hotel better that there is staff. This is just apartment.

Beautiful property!! It’s either brand new and/or incredibly well taken care of because everything is absolutely pristine. Great location in the city, and parking was always easy to find immediately in front of the building. Self Check in was a breeze. This is a gem in Iceland!!

Lovely, modern apartment that was very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee and tea kettle and the balcony with a view of a charming mural. Also the location was good for visiting the sights downtown and the botanical garden. There are two excellent cafes within two blocks, too.

The shower drain is very delicate and you must stop the water frequently and use very little water to allow it to drain.

This was a great apartment for my stay in Reykjavik. Modern, new and good facilities with small kitchen, Netflix on the TV and fast wifi. Two grocery stores close by and a Domino's pizza. About 20min to walk downtown and about the same for the Bus Stations, but there is also a sightseeing drop off close by.

The bed was a bit hard, but better a bit too hard than to soft.

Good location, few minutes to one of the main streets, free parking spots outside the building. Big room with everything you need. Good value for money. Also a beamer in the room with chromecast.

The only downside was that the appartment was not cleaned thoroughly as we found underwear from the last visitor in the sleeping couch.
