The decor and furnishings were some of the best I've experienced when booking this type of accommodation. There was clean bedding and towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was also a great advantage for me that it's pet friendly, as it was a last minute trip and I had to fetch my dog. There was plenty of room for parking and very close to the property. Also, there is WiFi and sky tv.

There was a bit of a stale smell when we arrived, but this soon passed with some windows open. The sofa was very hard and difficult to get comfortable on.

I will start about the good points of the property: it is a nice two up two down end of terrace with a great two car parking space at the back. The kitchen and the lounge are a nice size with a small conservatory and i liked the fact we could exit from the back directly to the car instead of going from the front and all the way around.

I will do a list of the things that we highlighted to the owner need urgent attention, hopefully the owner will look into these and replace/adjust accordingly. I am unsure on how the property achieved exceptional before! The double bed mattress needs replacing - some of the springs are totally worn out. Could not sit on one side of the bed The shower head was not there when we arrived. This was replaced but the shower is in poor state The house needs a manual to understand where things are (spare bedding), instructions on how to use things and additional info as required (ie neighbours) The cleaning needs improving - the carpet was not hoovered upstairs and the fridge was dirty The main bedroom is noisy as directly over the main road.

Very good accommodation for few people, host very helpful

Nice, comfortable and spacious house. We have everything we need. Good to relax outside in the garden. Snow White bed sheets and towels. Cool when it was hot outside. All shops nearby.
