Friendly staff and great location. The apartments are very secure. Beds were comfortable. The aircon and oven worked great!

The floors were full of dirt and grime and it showed on our feet as my baby spends 95% time on the floor. We frequently swept and mopped the floors ourselves but it never seemed to get clean so we kept our shoes on which wasn’t comfortable. There were mosquitoes in the room during our entire stay - we bought our own mortein. There was one basin, nothing to wash the dishes with so we bought our own scrubby things and towels, paper towels and tissues. We weren’t shown the washing machine until we asked at day3, thinking we have to use the office washing machine which was unattended half the time. Wifi only worked for 2 out of our 5day stay. We didn’t use the pool as the water was murky. Night before our checkout, the family above were running around making noises and waking up my baby- this was unfortunate as we were at the bottom floor- we rang the staff and they fixed this straight away.

Very dated, holes in doors, TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work - we just wanted to chill and watch a movie after flying in, they put us at the back of the block, next door is a construction site, thank god we were there for 1 night only

Great location as it was central to everything such as restaurants, supermarkets, banks, clubs etc.

Cleaning items such as the sponge at the kitchen sink was falling apart and there was no cloth to wipe surfaces given that it is an apartment. Everything else was in good condition and the air conditioning worked well in all the rooms.
