We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice thanks to this wonderful, well-equipped home and their unmatched hospitality! Our hosts were eager with knowledge and recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Nice. A week was the perfect length of time to enjoy all the area has to offer including a day in the mountains, multiple afternoons in Nice, a day trip to Menton and beach time. We also loved Chagall and Maltese’s museum and chapel. A swim in the pool was refreshing and relaxing after a day of activities. For a cultural experience and total relaxation there is no better place than enjoying the hospitality and exquisite views of this lovely home.

We have stayed at many VRBO and Expedia properties over the years, but this villa is the best of all of them. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. All amenities are in great working condition. Beds are comfortable. There's plenty of space and many bedrooms to accommodate a large family or an extended family. The house has everything from towels to bed linen to all necessary kitchen appliances, china and cookware to make one feel like home. The views from all windows, balconies and terraces are breathtaking. You simply can't take your eyes off... Last but not least the hosts are so personable and so welcoming, and so easily accessible and available at all times! They truly want you to have a great and enjoyable time in Nice! I will recommend this property to my family and friends. I cannot wait to come back to stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular and the villa super clean and accommodating. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. All the bedding was high quality and clean. The showers were awesome rain showers with lots of force. The pool was a nice escape and very clean with outstanding views. We really enjoyed the space to spread out over 6 large bedrooms each with a full bathroom. We’re looking forward to returning, it was a great base camp to explore the south of France. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful week!

Terrific place with an incredible view of Nice and the Harbor. Maria was super helpful getting us set up and dealing with a few small issues. Lovely house with top notch amenities. Lots of steps, house has three floors and it’s perched on the side of a mountain so any walking is lots of up and down. Beautiful views around every corner though. Expect some very tight maneuvering if you are driving up. There is a bus stop near the entrance to the development. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

All aspects of our stay were amazing. The view was incredible no matter what balcony, terrace or window you looked out of. We were surprised how spacious the interior and patio areas were and found it sometimes hard to leave the infinity pool looking out at the city and and sea! Just a few minutes from the water too. A rare opportunity to experience an amazing home in a great city.

Beautiful home, amazing views, perfect communication with friendly manager and owner with very prompt response to any queries or requests. Plentiful supplies of everything. Lots of space for our extended family to spread out. Lovely pool. Breakfast especially looking down on the port and the activity at the airport was memorable. Great supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and butcher within a walk.
