Excellent location, nicely decorated apartment. 2 min walk to the promenade, lots of nice restaurants within 1 min walk. Great transport, buses & trams with 5 min walk, train station 15/20 mins walk away

Door to apartment was out of line & noisy to open & close as it dragged along the floor which is unfair to other residents. Apartment was cold, very cold, couldn't work the heating system. Dead insects on ceiling of bedroom, handle on bathroom door kept falling off.

Great location.

The office is only open 2-6 and the only way to reach them is by phone. I tried to find out about parking ahead of time but could never get them to answer. I was worried about parking. I found paid parking but it was 87.50 Euros for three days so if driving you need to know this. While there, I accidentally locked myself out at 10AM but there is no emergency number to reach them. Luckily a repairman happened to be at the office when I went by and he called someone for me but what if I had an emergency after 6pm? I would be stuck waiting until 2pm the next day. They should have a way to reach them during their off hours!

The location was amazing. The AC very efficient. Lots of storage. Comfy bed.

The stairs were more difficult than we expected. The shower obviously overflowed many times before our stay as the bottom of the bathroom door was water damaged. It was difficult to have a long shower as it didn't drain.

Location is perfect. The Balcony overlooking the street with the sea view is so atmospheric. it’s a pleasure to eat breakfast in the morning out there. Very clean apartment

The pull out bed really needs some oil at this stage. It’s definitely a small (and only) flaw with the place
