Very clean and comfortable

Could have done with more kitchen equipment.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and the fans in the bedrooms were an unexpected bonus. The apartment felt safe and secure. The staff checked during our stay that we had settled in and had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, we had an apartment on the 4th floor, and there was no lift. There was also no free parking. The nearby NCP car parked charged £6 per overnight stay, which, although reasonable, was an extra unexpected expense for our 3 night stay.

How thin the walls were and how clearly you can hear outside

Great location for the accommodation, but there's ongoing construction in the vicinity, causing some road closures.

I found the room's soundproofing slightly lacking. Could hear noises like clinking and banging in the early morning hours.
