Worest hotel I ever seen in my life hotel rating was 4 star that's why I book that hotel butt it's was bad then a 1 star hotel everything is broken staff was rude mattress was so hard and much more things no one can speak English properly smell very bad in all floors and many more try not to come in this hotel

Nothing i got a back pain because of hard matress

I recently had the misfortune of staying at what I can only describe as the worst hotel I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped foot into the building, it was clear that I had entered a nightmarish construction site rather than a place of respite. The hotel's deplorable conditions, rampant dirt and infestation of pests and insects, unwashed linens, and overall lack of maintenance made my stay an absolute horror that tarnished my entire trip. First and foremost, the state of cleanliness at this hotel was shockingly abysmal. Dust and dirt were seemingly omnipresent, covering every surface and corner of the establishment. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, and I felt an overwhelming sense of discomfort and unease throughout my stay. The presence of pests and insects further exacerbated the already repulsive conditions, leaving me feeling disgusted and anxious. The linens provided were filthy and clearly had not been properly washed. Stains and odors clung to the sheets and towels, making me question their cleanliness and hygiene. It was a distressing experience to try and find solace in a bed that seemed more worn off and stained than inviting. The state of the hotel's facilities was equally deplorable. The kitchen, with broken ceilings and open drains, was a breeding ground for potential health hazards. It was clear that the management had neglected basic maintenance and upkeep, creating an unsafe and unsanitary environment for guests. The sight of an open ceiling in the lift was not only disconcerting but also raised serious safety concerns. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare that marred my entire trip. The conditions were reminiscent of a dilapidated building under construction, with dirt, pests, and neglected maintenance plaguing every corner. It is disheartening to think that such a place even exists, let alone operates as a hotel.
