The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.

The room was filthy, the bin had not been emptied from previous guests, the toilet seat was not attached, and the shower was faulty, only delivering scorching hot water.

Nothing, maybe the fact that on arrival the lady at the desk had answer very quickly and was perlite and very nice to direct me and help with my room.

Well.. the room was not clean for what I paid iv had better for the price and when I had done some shopping to then save me money which on site was mislead by some review and pictures as clean. The kitchen side dirty cups and plates too and so on plus this gross out smell that came in from the room had me feeling sick throwout my stay, the bedding was marked so not clean and by the window nothing but dust and then don't get me started I'm stating fact on my stay now I read someone else which seem like a man who said he stay and been woken by loud people next door etc.. yes true at 5am I was woken up to hear people above scrapping the floor with the chair non-stop and walls are VERY THIN SO "THINKING ONLY LORD KNOW WHAT WE ALL DO well NO!" bedroom and bathroom i can hear ALL. Then I waken up by 7am from my first night stay very same day of all this I found the FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN for a long time and I agree was concerned for my safety no guards no workers no one who own the hotel to be seen i was so uncomfortable I sat at front just to wait it out of this place. Like another review mention, too seem all true. And when I left my room I found that even when worker are here by 5pm let's say no one show up I cant lie a message border that say press bell and will come to which i done took an hour I know because I made sure the camera caught me smoking at the front desk still to which NO ONE SHOW UP! LOL seriously what kind of business then when I left my room and when out to come back few hours and someone had enter my room which could leave anyone with some kind of valeted feelings.

The room had great facilities and everything worked ok.

I was on the second floor and noise from adjoining rooms did disturb me a bit however, it did quiet down around 11:00pm and wasn't too much of a problem.

Very small jaded room, certainly not an apartment, and broken toilet seat. Forced to check out at 9 am due to road workers comadeering free parking spaces. Also, well over priced for such accommodation, would have been better value in a hostel.

Location was great for our needs. Initial receptionist was helpful. Price was very good for London but soon became clear why.

Room smelled of stale smoke and bed sheets were dirty (hairs and marks visible) and presumably had not been changed. Room had not been been swept or hoovered either. No receptionist on duty when trying to check-out, used reception bell to no avail, had to make a phone call to get receptionist to come to desk. All the while compounded by the fact that a guy who was obviously high was loitering in reception and got angry and aggressive when I refused to give him my keys so he could "go and use the room for a while". Receptionist, when he eventually turned up, did not even attempt to move the guy on. Be wary if you are a lone traveller and want to stay here.

Very reasonably priced and kitted out well with cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.

It took a while for the receptionist to find my booking but all went well once he had done.

the staff were friendly and this is the second time I have stayed here, the facilities are good and there are local shops near by.

There could have been better parking, and more pillows on the bed as I prefer 2 or more good quality pillows for support. The pillows at this hotel were flat and not overly comfortable other than that everything was fine.
