Great location, great view, friendly staff, decent breakfast

When I used the jets in the bath, it made the water dirty. They need to be cleaned on the inside.

Location is amazing for accessing Olympic parks and Lotte world. Close to the subway station.

The room was extremely HOT HOT HOT. My family had to try to sleep with the room at 82*F (28*C). We were not able to turn on the AC due to it being controlled centrally by the front desk. We telephoned the front desk at least a dozen time to ask them to lower the heat, but they said it was winter time and they cannot turn on AC. Despite my efforts to cool the room, the temperature kept climbing and it was incredibly HOT. We tried to open the window but the air quality outside was extremely poor due to the microdust and pollution. Also the noise from the traffic on the street was keeping my daughter awake. I recommend the hotel allow each room to control their own temperature. I do not understand how the other hotel guests are able to sleep with their room being like saunas at 30*C.

It’s very close to the KSPO Dome, where I went to a concert.

It’s an older property, but it has had good, up-to-date modifications.

Easy to locate, near Lotte World and a lovely park.

There was no air-conditioner because the staff told me it was still cool outside. It was a bit warm at night. The bedsheets were not smooth. Breakfast was very average.

We usually have breakfast after 12. But that day, we had at 9 a.m. It was nice and we enjoyed the food. This hotel price was so reasonable and the location was very good. See ya next time.

Staff, food, facility and location

Noise from a neighboring room because the group of ladies was having some kind of a party. No gym is available in the premise other than the Olympic Park.

Location was perfect as we were attending an event walking-distance away. There's always people around at the Olympic Park. Breakfast was good, there's a convenient store down there and a common pantry.

The only thing we had slight discomfort with was the room temperature which was non adjustable so combined with the beddings provided, nights became a bit too warm. Also, we wanted to request early check-in so sent request/tried to message the property multiple times here but went unanswered.

Breakfast was just average. Most staff were friendly. Housekeeping was excellent

Customer facing staff should be more well versed with English; to answer questions and assist.

I didn’t like that the hotel was a bit distant to restaurants.

Room was a bit tiny, but the view to the Olyimpic Park compensates for anything. Great location. The Olyimpic Park was such a bonus. So green and pleasant area. Walking tracks in the park and to the Han River were amazing. Staff were very professional. Truly good value for money.

I like the breakfast and that’s near KSPO dome and lotte world.

The lobby has beautiful luxurious decor and the outside structure is impressive. but they are they only positives.

The air-conditioning in our hotel room was terrible. As we are from the UK the hot humid temperature of Korea in the summer was difficult. The first night we had the air conditioning on all night and the temperature only went down by 1°. also our room was very small and cramped for three people. I went down to reception once and they said they would turn the temperature down manually. Hours later the room was the same temperature and we were sweating. I called them on the phone and they sent up a member of staff he checked the air-conditioning and I explained to him that the room just was not getting any cooler. he apologised and offered us another room. After all of this inconvenience we thought they would at least upgrade us as there were many empty rooms. However we were just moved next door. this air conditioning was basically the same, very weak and would have to be on continuously for days to make any impact. I went down to the front desk again and complained saying that we have to sweat in our hotel room for hours and that was just unacceptable. The employee apologised multiple times and when I told them that if this situation could not be corrected I wouldn’t be able to sleep at the hotel. He told me that he could organise our cancellation. All of the staff were unsympathetic and very pretentious. They pretend to be a high class hotel when the actual facilities are old and barely work. There are also other negatives such as the food constantly running out at breakfast as they would stop replenishing it after around nine even though breakfast was open until 10. All of the staff are cold, unapproachable and unfriendly.

The breakfast was really tasty and had an extensive variety. The location was central to the places I visited, such as the Olympic Stadium and Lotte Tower. There is a subway gate about 3 mins away by foot from the hotel.

There really is not much to not like. I even had a sunset view too which I did not expect because I stayed for a night and the price I paid was pretty reasonable! Wish I could have stayed longer to appreciate the view.

the staff are excellent here. we had our baggage lost by the our airline on our way to seoul, and were told it would be delivered to our hotel when found so we let the staff at the front desk know. they started making calls for us and checking on the where abouts of our luggage and kept checking in with us to see if we had received it yet, they were really caring and supportive! the rooms were well sized and comfortable and had everything we needed, it was a very comfortable stay even when we had none of our things!
