We liked how spacious the apartment was, it was very practical for our needs and was the perfect location for our weekend. Lots of towels and spare bedding around the place to get comfy. Free parking outside is also a bonus as not every location around here as this.

It was very cold when we arrived. Granted the weather was only like 12C outside, but that meant the apartment was freezing and took a long while to warm up. The main bedroom was also quite bright due to only using metal blinds instead of curtains (this also contributed to the cold as it didn't keep heat in)

Furniture was high quality, fantastically comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. All needs catered for in a fantastic location near Cranford Cliffs beach, and close to Bournemouth and Poole centres. Kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and even caters for the very young (high chair and children’s crockery set. Ample cutlery and crockery which could easily provide for 6 people at a meal. Outside seating area for private drinks is very handy. Tv provided with built in Fire TV so very easy to use. WiFi also provided with good speed! It was clear that a lot of time and attention had gone into the property. Owners were quick to respond when I contacted them. Over all, we loved the apartment.

Only a couple of things. Plug sockets are on skirting boards, so difficult to plug in chargers, etc, but that’s down to age of the property. Shower was via a thermostatic mixer tap over the bath and we couldn’t get it to just run a bath. The shower head was also quite low, but still managed to shower, so not a major issue. Separate toilet door was stiff to close. The double bedroom is right at the front and next to a busy road. Curved bay window means single glazing and the light shines through the blind, no curtains in either bedroom.

Fantastic location for quieter end of beach and getting to Sandbanks with pubs / restaurants and a few minutes walk. Nearest Beach 8 minutes walk. Great new beds and smart bunk beds for kids and very spacious inside.

Kitchen not renovated in line with lounge / bedrooms but functional and worked well for us. Basic shutters in bedrooms so can get very light but to be honest still slept very well on the bed as great quality bedding.

Clean and comfy, very near to beaches and canford cliffs town so was ideal location

Trip switch went on our last night so we had no lighting at all on our last night , Was fine as luckily the sockets for the lamps worked ok and it happened before we were going to bed anyway. I did message the owner about this but got no response which I found strange. Other then that we had no problems and was a lovely apartment to stay in.

The house it s was lovely, the owner of the house it s was very good with us . It s a perfect location for relax with friends or with family. Very clean , comfortable , exactly like in the price . Every penny it s worth !

The property was spacious and very clean, close to the beach, shops, bus stop.
