Family trip to San Diego. Kids enjoyed the park on the beach. Nice walking area and close to many restaurants.

Our whole family loved the house is well organized, clean and has the perfect view to relax. Kitchen fully equipped for families, we really enjoyed staying here! Walks to the beach very close and bay front for kayak and paddle boarding was great for us. Love it would highly recommend !

This property has a beautiful location on the bay. There is a great walking path along the bay, and it is easy to cross a street and be on the Pacific beach. There is easy access to groceries, restaurants, and bars. Kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms/baths are as advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at the Penthouse! The views and sunsets were great and there is a great beach paved trail right outside the patio! It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Perfect place for our family to gather and spend time exploring San Diego. Close to Sea World, Zoo, Mission beach and plenty more!! We would definitely stay again.

Overall this condo made our stay in San Diego very enjoyable. There were a couple of hiccups, but the property manager was quick to address them. The kitchen could benefit from some more equipment (rubber spatula, better can opener, more cookware and bakeware, aluminum foil) but it had the essentials to cook meals. We did enjoy the bbq on the patio. The cleaning staff left just as we were checking in and it smelled and looked clean. We did find some trash left from the last renters under beds and in drawers, but nothing major. Can’t beat the location right on the beach. 10 minutes to sea world, 15 Minutes to the San Diego zoo, 15 minutes to old town and 15 minutes to the airport. Overall good value for our short trip!

We loved the place and the location so near the bay. Outdoor toys for the kids:) Very pleasant walkable neighborhood with good food and coffee locations. So much better than a hotel to spend time with extended family.

Lots of baby supplies and great toys for the beach. Plenty of space in condo, and easy access to beach!

We were two families with children ages 5-16. The property was wonderful for all ages. We enjoyed the sand toys, chairs and paddle boards all found at the property. We appreciated all the extra beach towels. Property was just as described. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the fans in each bedroom kept us cool at night.

Great time together

This was a great property and great location. The entire family enjoyed the beach, paddle boarding and taking walks in the mornings and afternoons. There are restaurants, ice-cream and small shops walking distance. The property was fully equipped with beach chairs and toys.

Everything was great Except the water pressure in the master bedroom

The property was perfect for our family. The place is larger than we imagined and the location was great. Mission bay /Pacific beach is a relaxed and safe area. Not fancy. But close to good restaurants and the beach vibe is easy and relaxed for families. Communication with the manager was excellent. No issues. We would definitely stay there again.

I give an overall rating of two stars for this property. The two stars are for great location and the space itself was nice and big. The kitchen was slightly small and hard to work with more than two people in the kitchen at a time. Upon entering there was a very strong room freshener odor. It was over powering. The smell did not dissipate. I found three of the glade type plug in type air fresheners and had to remove them because the smell was too strong. I would say the place overall was clean, but not deep cleaned. Baseboards and shades were dirty with food splash marks on the shades near the kitchen. The master bathroom tub had a yellow ring and the bathroom fan was moldy, dusty and dirty. The bathroom towels were very thin and non absorbent. Appeared to be very old. The sheets on the beds were also very thin and did not stay on the mattress well. The sheets appeared to be very old and worn out. The bedding itself was very "cheap". The furniture looked nice, but was not very comfortable, especially the small couch. Lastly, the entry way and the stairwell smelled like marijuana. The smell would also creep into the family room if the slider was open. The property manager was very helpful in trying to figure out where the smell was coming from, but it could not be determined. Most likely is had come from a neighboring building. P.S. I don't mind the smell, but i didn't want to smell it my entire time at the property. Overall, I do have to say, I would most likely not rent this property again.

The space was a perfect size for 8 people. The rooms are nicely sized and spaced, and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. The living room and dining area provided adequate spacing for entertaining. And the view is truly amazing. My only suggestions are upgrades and modernization to the bathrooms, specifically the bathtubs. Also, there was an issue with the water temperature. It was either extremely hot or cold. Some nice patio furniture would have been an added bonus to enjoy the beach view. Overall, this is a great property.

This apartment is in an ideal mission bay location. Lots of activities right out front but quiet at night . Well appointed kitchen.

This is a perfect property for a group or large family. View of the bay is gorgeous. Nice porch area, well stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and spacious bedrooms. Parking in front with assigned spots was ideal. Easy access to beach area in back. Very walkable area around the bay and only a mile to the beach. Fabulous!

Great View. Quiet Neighborhood. Close to Stores. Such a Nice Place for a Family Gathering.

The unit was as advertised. View from living room / kitchen is spectacular. Comfortable accommodations for 6 of us, and 8 would have easily worked. Decent quality/condition of beds, linens, towels. Definitely feel this was good value given location.

We had a great time spending Christmas break on the beach. The condo was perfect size for our family and we enjoyed our stay.
