Our 6 night stay in Santa Rosa Cove was everything we hoped for plus more. The house was well-located on a quiet street and easy for us to get to Old Town, the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and the lovely La Quinta Resort. We were impressed with both outdoor areas and loved the view to the mountains from the backyard! The two bedrooms comfortably accommodated 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were no surprises in the house and everything went smoothly and according to the instructions. Patrick was most helpful and always quick to respond to emails. His email prior to our visit sure did get us excited about our upcoming trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we received an e-mail from the owner with their phone number and to let them know about any questions we have until the time we had to leave the stay was nothing but spectacular. The location was great with just a quick walk to the La Quinta resort property (restaurants) and the nearby pool. The back deck was great to sit and have lunch/dinner and look at the mountains. The condo was in great condition and the layout was perfect for us with the two bedrooms not directly next door to each other. I would not hesitate to return and recommend to my friends.

Our five night stay was perfect. We were there to attend a golf tournament, but frankly, never wanted to leave the surroundings were so nice. Some things we especially enjoyed. Furnished like a home and lovingly cared for. Nothing about it felt like a rental. Sheets were lovely. Towels were plush. Bathroom amenities all there like a fancy hotel and then some. The kitchen was stocked better than my own at home with beautiful dishes, nice glassware etc, and spices etc for cooking. This condo is ideal for two couples. Each has their own bedroom and bath with separation for maximum privacy. Furnishings were of high quality, white carpet(how do they keep it so clean as a rental?). The unit was at the end of the cul de sac, so very quiet. Good location walking distance to La Quinta Resort. We played tennis several times on the courts in the complex. You can walk there from the condo. There were only two things, not big things at all but perhaps worth mentioning. The TV is a bit tricky to operate. Perhaps some written instructions would be helpful. The firepit in the front courtyard is a lovely way to spend an evening, but has a small tank. We ran out of fuel the first night after only 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend this place and will return. The owner is a dream to work with. Very responsive.

The condo was very well equiped with all the things you need to have a relaxing vacation. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with good quality pans & lots of nice dishes. If you don't like to cook, walk over to La Quinta and eat at the many restaurants. Tennis raquets were provided and there are several courts around the corner to use. 2 pools are close by. There is also a nice patio with a BBQ and lounge chairs.

Our stay at in Santa Rosa Cove was wonderful and Patrick's home provided an ideal place to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving. The condo is beautiful, light and cheerful and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor patio area is a welcoming spot to enjoy with lovely flowers and a fire pit. All of the rooms were clean and inviting - just like the photos show. Patrick was wonderful to work with - we will most definitely stay again at his fabulous place in the desert!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely unit. It feel so spacious and is filled with light. It is kept very clear and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a question and had to contact the owner and Pat was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return next year.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights for our 10th anniversary! The unit was exactly as described. Very nice, clean and very functional. We enjoyed being so close to all of the amenities at La Quinta Resort. The unit is walking distance to the two wonderful golf courses at the La Quinta Resort. We dined at three restaurants within walking distance (or a short easy drive). Morgans (fantastic high end), Adobe Grill (reasonable great Mexican food) and Twenty Six for breakfast (yummy). There is also a cute coffee shop / bagels and shops to enjoy. All great restaurants very close by. We BBQ'd at home one evening and enjoyed a perfectly clean (how do they do that?) grill and all of the tools and other helpful cooking items needed. The outdoor fire pit was also really nice after a long day of golfing. We also used the bikes and rode around the neighborhood for a little outdoor air and exercise. The garage was also very convenient! A most wonderful place to stay!

We just loved this vacation rental! It was such an easy walk to the La Quinta Resort where we took advantage of all the facilities there. We loved having the bikes - the neighborhood is nice to ride around in and there is a great bike path along the mountains. The mountain golf course is just breathtaking. Other highlights of the villa: the fire pit, and the two patios - so much fun! Very clean and the owners were super to work with - highly recommended by us to all.
