Drinking water facilities should available. Somehow tap water from bathroom in room 124 was not cleaned.

Th property was recently renovated and very clean. The cleaning staff was helpful and courteous.

There is a door code system that is nearly nonfunctional. Emails ahead stated that it could be used to drop off luggage before check-in but the codes did not work prior to check-in time, and rarely worked during the stay at all. It was not uncommon to be entirely locked out of the building! The tablet at the front connects to an off-site assistance desk that was helpful, but there should really be some sort of staff onsite. Additionally, despite very few other guests at the hotel, we were booked into a room in the basement looking out to the parking lot. The heavy doors slam shut and are jarring as others moved about the hotel. The room should not be advertised as a "standard king" when it has a double sized bed. The bathroom is set up without a proper enclosure for the shower; however, the floor and drain are not appropriately set up to accommodate the water, leaving the entire room one big puddle after even a brief rinse. It was still pooling in the morning after a shower before bed. The front room has chairs an tables but no amenities of use such as a microwave or kettle. Overall, it was the cheapest hotel for a reason.

El chico de recepción tuvo mucha paciencia conmigo ya que no hablo inglés y se supone que la información para ingreso la tenía ya en mi correo pero el fue paciente y atendió con la mejor actitud todas mis preguntas para el ingreso

schön renoviertes Bad, schöne Möbel, parken vor dem Haus, tolle Lage um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen.

Türsystem funktionieren nicht zuverlässig. keine Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Handtuchhaken im Bad. Türen schließen schwer. Kann alles mit wenig Aufwand geändert werden!

De kamer was netjes en schoon

Erg gehorige kamers! De deuren op de gang zijn slecht geremd en vallen met een harde klap dicht. Met het vele in en uitlopen van bezoekers de hele nacht heb je geen fijne nachtrust. Geen personeel, dus bij problemen moer je bellen. Code werkte niet bij aankomst. Klantenservice doet niks met klachten over lawaai in het hotel
