Nothing at all , I was so disappointed with the stay Slugs were in the house I have photo evidence and not only that but beds were not clean. Up half the night awake need a refund immediately.

Was not worth £50 should not be on booking.com in the first place. No staff helped havnt even had a refund or a message apologising for now. Baddd the stay was.the plumbing was terrible kept me and my partner awake for hours.

Refund of one night because I only stayed a night and lay my complain and was accepted because it was very far to my induction venue so I had to cancel a night but I am yet to receive the refund

Got locked in on 2nd night cause someone locked the front door and didn’t leave key on door. No towel No shower curtain No Tv in room Bedding had funny smell

Noisy toilet. Sleeping in a shared house with no lock on my room door for 3 nights. I had booked for 4 night's. When contacted host to explain how dissatisfied and dissapointed I was, he suggested another room. But I would have to pay £15.00 a night extra! If I was Booking.com I wouldn't have them on my site.

I liked the room lay out, the bed was very comfortable and the place was clean, fresh and friendly!

Few things need to be sorted like the door to the downstairs bathroom.

Despite the name, this is not a guest house as is implied. It is simply a house in a street. When I got there, the door was locked and there was no one around. The property did answer my call, I was advised to use the key box but there was no key inside. The owner asked for time. When he called back he said he could be there in 15 minutes. Having seen the place I was not inclined to wait. I booked a nearby travelodge instead. I asked for a refund. I was told no, because he had offered to attend in 15 minutes time. The place looked grim frankly.
