Decent location and cost. Nice to have bathroom as part of dorm. Checkin was relatively straight forward. This accommodation is best if travelling with friends, and you want to nothing other than sleep at the hostel.
The rooms have almost no air circulation, and got extremely hot and humid even at 1/3 capacity. Combined with the fact the beds are extremely uncomfortable, it was almost impossible to sleep. Bathrooms were not equipped with soap and there is no option to rent towels, which wasn't clear when booking. There is also no seating anywhere on the premises; even the bunk beds are too shallow to sit in, making it impossible to do anything other than sleep.

Clever design great little Hostel.Accommodations
No staff available to let you in wrong key code sent when checking in !! Luckily cafe downstairs had a helpful.waitress. Parking is Road and you pay so ignore free parking advice in advert. Just lacking a bit on the personal customer contact but otherwise excellent

I didn't really like anything.
I didn't like that the bed was dirty. The washroom didn't have a lock. There was the loudest music till 2am. Someone was occupying my bed when I arrived, I had to resolve it with him.

Rooms are far too hot. Rock band and loud music most nights making it difficult to sleep. Called the police and Environmental services regarding the noise...

When we arrived there was someone in our room and the room had not been cleaned. This is not acceptable after booking the entire 5 beds. The smell was awful. Eventually we got it sorted.

Could not contact customer service. Every time i call any numbers provided it go to automatic response. due to system error they charge me twice for the same stay and was unable to sort it out. In a room there was no ventilation and bunk beds felt as a coffin. Due to this i did not sleep almost at all and did not stay for full booking period.

Its close to town. bus stops and is great value for money! Its warm and it's staff are all friendly :)

A lovely quirky place to stay in central Swansea. Clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed ourselves and will 100% stay again!
To be honest everything was more than suitable and I can’t actually think of anything we didn’t like!

Such a good location, right by the town centre but also just a quick walk to the seafront and the marina . Really cool building!

Turned up after travelling for 6 hrs , this place was not open, apparently they weren’t opening until August, so I was left stranded without anywhere to stay!! They promised me this would be sorted and they would find me accommodation!! Never heard anything back after initial contact!! Ignored my messages!! Very poor customer service very disappointed!! Single women on a trip in a strange town !! Think if it was my business I would have made sure it was resolved!!
