Very accommodating host! Place was perfect for the 2 of us. Nice setting on the river.

We were visiting our son in Oak Ridge and wanted a place close to him and we found this VRBO property. It fit our bill perfectly. It was as described and was nicely furnished and extremely clean. Loved the decorating details that went into this studio loft. The Views from the back deck was amazing. It is literally on the lake and if you want you can rent a poonton and probably bring your own if you inquire ahead of time. I think it's perfect for a couple or a family travelling with younger children with how it's laid out. The full/queen (wasn't sure) was on one wall and the two twin beds were across the way so that is why I think it's great for a couple or a family with younger kids. I wouldn't recommend if you are travelling with adult children unless you also rent the unit below. The towels that were supplied were really soft and ones that I would have in my own home. They also had extras if needed. The bathroom was small which was expected since it was a loft but it was well renovated and they utilized every inch of space to make it comfortable. We will definitely be renting this VRBO on our next visit to Oak Ridge. Looks like they are building additional Units on the property which look like they have beautiful views as well so I will also be looking out to see when those become available. My one suggestion is to make sure you have an alarm on your phone or watch etc. There is no clock in the Loft.

We came to enjoy the Vols game and decided to choose Linda’s place. This was a great decision! We enjoyed being near the lake so much and my 3 year old kept saying “Mama this is amazing, awesome..” We would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality Linda! We loved the Lake view loft.

This was a beautiful property on the lake! We had a great time staying for baseball but we got to go out on a boat fish and swim. We had a really great time. The small decks on the front and back were so nice to sit and have coffee or drinks and watch the lake. There were grocery stores close by and gas stations for needs. Boat ramp is right down the road!! We would definitely stay here again while visiting Knoxville!!! Linda was a great communicator! Really enjoyed everything!!!
