Check in was ready when we arrived. We were given a room on second floor but was able to move to a first floor room because of my parents age and there not being an elevator at this motel. Breakfast was ok.

Overall it was okay, but we did notice there was stains on the curtains and just made it seem not as clean as it should be.

Was an afforable stay in Piegon Forge. We only stayed one night. Had wonderful service from the front desk staff. Safe enough area. Just off the main street. Only complaint was that the floor was dirty. We had black feet just from walking within the room. They could easily mop between stays.

Very Close to a Trolley stop which was nice as I was there for NQC. I don't normally like hotels where the rooms are not inside, but for the value here it was great. The rooms are newly remodeled and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, free wifi. Its simple but it is safe and clean.

Bed Bugs! Bedbugs! B E D B U G S! When we confronted the front desk, the person said that he could not come up he would have the manager call us. I asked him if they had a protocol and he said yes here is the manager’s number. He said the manager would call us. It has been four days. No call. The motel was rated 8.6 I rated no more than a three. The worst motel I have stayed at in at least 20 years. Will absolutely think twice about a best western motel again.

Looks like Best Western took over a motel facility. 2 floors, no elevator, doors to the outside, just off the main drag. Discouraged at first but room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Small kitchen including 3/4 fridge and 2 burner induction plate. Walk in shower was convenient. Didnt stay for bfast.

Well im guessing it was clean since it had stong smell of cleaning supply. But this place was about as simple as it gets. Only chairs to sit in was a desk chair and a generic "kitchen" chair to sit in. A hole in the bathroom door. The room was so "empty" of furniture it echoed when you talked. No worker at the front desk after 11pm so if you need something you'll have to wait til morning. This place simply not for me. Actually paid for 2 nights but didn't even stay one. I went down to my usual place of staying and got a room for my 2 night stay. So much better. Should have never tried something "new". I would share my photos but it won't let me.

The best reasonably priced hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Great staff, room was exceptional and clean. Located just off the main attraction strip and comfortable area. Highly recommend it!!

Everything was good, except coffee in the room. That didn’t taste good. Coffee in the breakfast room was delicious. The room was clean and cooled when I arrived. The bathroom and the shower were very clean; I loved the spacious shower Breakfast room was open, from 06:30 till 10:30; that was enough time for anybody who eats at the hotel (in my opinion). The customer service staff at the desk was great. It was very close to everything, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only several miles away.

Room was comfortable but floors weren’t very clean. The breakfast was great though!

Microwave stops working after a few minutes and have to wait for it to cool down. Inside looks good, outside looks old. Breakfast is better than expected.

The room appeared to be clean but was not. The fridge doesn't work properly as it freezes everything. There was an unpleasant smell outside

Tucked off the busy street, which we liked. Room was as expected for a budget friendly motel. Check in and check out staff were friendly, but everyone we encountered in between seemed unhappy to be there. One of the mornings there a man with a little girl asked the breakfast attendant if there would be more eggs as they were out and he was told “no, that’s it.” There was plenty of time left of breakfast for him to make more. It was really sad and terrible customer service

All of the personnel were very nice and courteous.

Overall it worked for what we needed. The main reason I booked was because it says they have laundry facilities. They don’t have any for guests. We were there for about 8 days for baseball tournament. It was close and convenient for that. Room was nice. We had a few problems with our key not working but overall it was nice and I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very nice. It was very clean.

There was no sugar and creamer. The door had at least 3 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Smelt pot outside my door. The outside was very unkept. There was a pile of bricks and rocks in front of the room that I trapped on. I will not be back

Upon checking in the receptionist was so nice. She readily helped us with our needs. More importantly she was knowledge and time efficient.

You get what you pay for is the best way to describe this property. I do believe the property owners are trying their best and have done a decent job with upgrading the rooms, the outside needs work. The room was fine for just me for one night, but if I had the wife and kids, we would have been looking elsewhere. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice, but the desk chair was broke and there was a hole in the bathroom door (looked like it had been kicked). My room had a king size bed and there was another area that looked like a sitting area but had no furniture in it. Could have used a couch or sofa. I kinda thought that might have been where a jacuzzi tub had once been.

Was very disappointed It was really dirty my bed looked like it was never changed Hallways smelled like pee Overall i do not recommend Also alot of people around smoking
