Classy, cozy, great neighborhood! Safe building. Roomy bedrooms and living room/kitchen space. Beds were comfortable. Large showers. Host very responsive. A few local places to eat drink and listen to live music in walking distance! Definitely recommend!

Brought my teenage son and his girlfriend to Nashville for a concert at the Ryman. This apartment was perfect for us. The rooms are very spacious. Check in was a breeze. Parking was no problem. Location worked well for us. We walked everywhere. Host was easily accessible if needed. The building itself and elevator are a little dated but the apartment is fantastic. It was completely updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the provided shampoo/conditioner so much I’m ordering some for myself. Would absolutely recommend and would gladly stay again.

This was a great location for our spring break trip to Nashville with my daughter and granddaughter. Off-street covered parking was a plus. The owner was always very prompt in replying to messages, both before and during our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location. Close to pretty much everything. The condo is exactly how it looks in pictures. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

Perfect location to downtown concert venue. We parked and walked the entire weekend. Exceptionally quiet.

Our family has been traveling for medical treatment for our son, to and from Nashville, so the location close to Vanderbilt was a huge help! The home was easy to access. Home was clean, which is very important to us, as our child has an immune disorder. The beds, sooooo comfy! The condo had everything we needed. We couldn’t use the pool given its winter, so I can’t speak on that. Parking was good. Area was safe, we did walk to dinner one night. We had some loud neighbors the first night, but our host for this location took care of this promptly and no other issues! Everything was great. The only thing my son pointed out was he wishes there was a TV in the room he slept in or a bigger TV in the other bedroom, as it’s very small for the size of the room. He had to recover from treatment so laying down and watching a movie was what he so wanted to do, but we made the sofa comfy and we worked it out. Also, the kitchen doesn’t have an oven, just a counter conventional oven. Everything is on one floor, stairs or elevator make it a fast trip to and from room! Thanks again!

Place was very well maintained. It was very clean and had all the amenities. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood away from the downtown scene. We really enjoyed our stay.
