The property was great. Plenty of room to spread out and the sleeping accommodations were terrific. Wayne was there to answer any questions and we really enjoyed the weekend.

We enjoyed our time at this property! The Kinderhook community is very nice. It is a great house for a large family gathering. We were celebrating my mothers 80th birthday and had ,over the course of the week, 19 people in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked as is the whole house. The pool was a great area and also stocked well with toys and floats. Wayne was very responsive to communication and great to work with,

The house was amazing and accommodated our entire group. The pool brought hours and hours of enjoyment. Being able to bring a boat was the icing on the cake. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday and had the best time. Would totally stay here again!

We have stayed at a number of properties in the Lake of Ozarks and this one is the best. The home didn’t disappoint! It was accurately described in the listing and accommodations couldn’t have been better! The property manager greeted us and explained every detail. Our family ranges in age from 2-67 it includes our children, their spouses and the grandkids and we all loved everything about the home, the pool, golf, boating, and entertainment area in the basement. Thank you again!

The house, pool, boat and location on the lake was fantastic. We had 14 people (8 adults and 6 kids) and everyone had a blast.

Beautiful home! It has everything you need!

We had a wonderful family vacation. There were 15 of us, ages 5 months to 64 years. Old Kinderhook community is great! It offers a peaceful location yet close enough for us to drive to many activities. The house was clean, well stocked and offered everything that we needed. The grandkids especially loved the book/play area. The driveway is very steep but 2 cars were able to park in the garage and the other 2 parked on the street in front of the house. Though the weather was on the cooler side, we were able to take advantage of the pool for a couple of days. Plenty of towels on hand to use. Unfortunately this time of year, the water level on the lake was too low to use the pontoon located at the house. However we were able to use the kayaks and paddleboat. Also did some fishing. Wayne, the house manager, was always responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this home for anyone planning a vacation.

Oh my goodness this house is the perfect setting for family fun! Everyone exclaims the graciousness of the place. I can’t say enough about how happy we all were to be there. Wayne was so kind and helpful.

I could not possibly give justice to how wonderful this home is. We came for our 30th anniversary with our 5 children/spouses and grandchildren. This home is set up so wonderfully for multiple families. The home was clean and welcoming. The location is perfect. The house manager is very accessible and responsive. We are definitely hoping to come again!! Nancy and Wayne, thank you for creating and sharing a space where we could enjoy time with family making lifelong memories!!

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this wonderful place! Everything exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness and the property manager is wonderful! We rented the boat for 2 days and had a great time cruising the lake and seeing the local sights. Beautiful golf course a short distance away that we took advantage of as well. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely will be back! No more long road trips to a beach, this is everything and more!

Everything went very well. Plenty of towels for both inside and out. Multiple fridges and ice machines were great with a large group. Pool and lake toys/items were enough for everyone. Only downside is if there are more than 2 cars , the driveway is pretty steep.

We really enjoyed the beautiful pool. The access to the lake was easy with a nice dock. We would of liked less bunk beds and more queen beds. Very nice VRBO.

We had a great time! This was ideal for our family of 20. Pool was an added bonus Check in was very smooth. The address and dead end cove was especially good for kids swimming in the lake. We have rented thru VRBO for over 12 years and this was one of the best. Well equipped with everything you need. All the extras (spices, Tp, paper towels etc.. so appreciated. We look forward to coming again!!

Eagle Haven has it all! Our family had everything we needed and more. The layout is great to gather together or enjoy in small groups. The kids loved the games, books, and especially the pool. Great community and the communication with the owner and property manager was fantastic. Will definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful house. We enjoyed everything! We set out on the balconies all the time and enjoyed the view. Loved the pool. So pleased with the kitchen and everything was there that we needed. It is a beautiful house and very well equipped. Thank you Nancy for sharing and also to Wayne for all his help. We loved it so much we are coming back next year!!

Great property - surrounded by beautiful nature, great golf, on the water (fishing kayaks caught me dinner) and all sorts of space to unwind and relax. I stayed with a group of 12 guys and there were so many places to enjoy time together or in solitude with nature. Would recommend. Great experience.

Beautiful very well stocked house

This was our second stay. Can’t say enough about this house and the owners/manager. Everyone is very polite and extremely responsive. House is very clean and has everything you need for small children up to adults. Location is excellent. We rented pontoon for the full week and had a great time on the lake. Highly recommend this spot. We had 9 adults and 5 small children which was easily accommodated. We will be back!

The Nest is probably the best place to stay at Old Kinderhook!!! We should know we've been coming down here for 23 years in a row!! Loved it!!! Hopefully be able to stay again next year!! =)

Everything you want in a vacation home.

The house was so clean and we had plenty a space! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved all the added details. We had unseasonable warm weather and enjoyed the back deck tremendously. Wonderful hosts and experience all the way around.

Such a great house and area for a large family Thanksgiving getaway. View of the lake and morning sunrise was gorgeous. Kitchen is the most stocked VRBO kitchen we have ever stayed in. We all loved the books and puzzles. Home is spacious and nice to have activities and restaurant on-sight.

This house was perfection for my family. We had a family gathering of 18, 12 adults and 6 children ranging from 4-10 years old. The pool was fantastic, the private dock with the kayaks were wonderful, and the whole vibe of the house is comfy, cozy, and just happy. The kiddos felt entertained without ever leaving the house and the adults had enough room to move around without tripping over each other. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this home! The only feedback from any of us is wanting a wood firepit for roasting marshmallows (we were worried about getting marshmallow on the gas one!) down by the lake. Other than that, it was simply perfect and I am so so glad we chose Eagle Haven for our family celebration!
