Cleaness do not look like pictures at all

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Several pieces of furniture were broken, the TV screen was shattered, there was snot smeared all over the bathroom walls, everything was covered in dust and something was growing in the disgusting mini fridge. The room smelled awful, the water barely dribbled out of the shower, 4 of the power outlets didn't work and neither did the phone. The hotel was fully booked so there was no option to move and no other hotel in the city had vacancies for a family of 7. I was told multiple times that they would send housekeeping to actually clean the room but it never happened. I was told that the second day, they would move us to a new room but that also didn't happen.

It was easy to get to the Gateway Arch from that location.

OMG stained sheets poorly swept room. Lots of dirt.

Puke stains on the floor, no sheets on the bed, cigarette burns on the blanket. Very dirty. Will not use booking.com again

There were 3 separate fights right outside our door one was with some guy and a naked woman arguing over a car with a dog barking. The floors in the room were not swept The paint was peeling off the walls The trim was all mismatched The pillows were flat and hard

Location was good next to I the highway and restaurants.

Rooms were beat up and just didn't feel clean.

Door would not lock. Carpet was dirty and facility was run down.
