Bathroom wasn’t clean and room had a bad odor

No hot water, unsanitary, unclean pillows (spots on them), ice machine was not cold to keep ice cold

The room next to mine had a wooden bar nailing it shut. The shower smelled like mold the minute the water was turned on. There was a party going on in the back parking lot. If the windows were double pained it might have been ok but I could hear everything and thus couldn’t sleep. I was hiking at the doons. I just wanted a quiet clean place to rest before each day. I left a day early and just didn’t hike on Monday. It’s the first time I have ever left a stay early.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It looks like they are updating the rest of the property, our room was already updated. It was just noisy with the other guests.

The room was disgusting, there was mold and spider webs. There was also left over drug tools left in the room as well as broken glass. Place is unsafe, half the doors are boarded up. I cant believe expedia represents this place and the only reason we stayed is because it was too late and couldnt get a refund

Catfished! The photos are very deceiving and the room was not as advertised. Due to a later check-in, all hotels in the area were booked (I called 4 immediately after getting to the room). Here are the bullet points: -Room was dingy (especially for being recently “remodeled” -Of the 2 Queen beds, one had brown stains on the sheets -The shower was smaller than an RV shower and we didn’t even dare test it for cleanliness since the hinges were rusted over and the floors and walls had a some sort of brown “chunky” pattern so I couldn’t see mold if I wanted to (not the shower on the website photos) -The window wouldn’t lock (ground level) and the window frame had a large hole cut out of it -A couple down the hall were yelling at each other for over an hour -And the halls smelt of weed. I get that it’s listed as a discount motel…but this is what you see in a movie as a stereotypical rock-bottom room. I’d offer positive suggestions for improvement, but this motel is a lost cause.
