So so close to every highway to get into my direct work locations. Great property. Excellent beds. Nice gym. Very useful kitchen. Free modern washer and dryer on site. Perfect

It was a little awkward. I haven't been in facility with so little interaction with staff. It was more like an Airbnb.

The pictures I saw online were not at all what this hotel looked like. There are better options in more walkable areas of St Paul, I wouldn't stay here again

Was in town to visit a friend and this place was the closest we could get to her apartment.It's in the heart of downtown St. Paul, but there are still many dining options nearby for those without a vehicle. The street outside the hotel is under construction (so no street parking) but there are two pay lots right across from the hotel and pricing was reasonable ($10 for 24 hours, but no in/out). Room itself was clean and comfy. Was impressed by the kitchen--a full size refrigerator and lovely dishes and cookware. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Would stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay - the refrigerator/freezer was large. They had good cookware available for cooking, and plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses. I would have wished for a larger bowl that could fit a whole package of ramen, but that's a minor quibble. The bed was very comfortable. Great patio area.

Shower always hot 👍 Quiet, Clean, and very updated appearance with new top grade appliances. Only downside was the parking but there is pay parking just feet from the entrance. We will be back !!!

The sheets had dirt marks on them and they smelt. There was garbage in the garbage can when I got in the room there where no towels in the room I asked the front desk several times for towels and they said well bring them right up yet they never brought them up the security guard at night had an attitude and was very rude. Just an all around bad experience I defiantly won’t recommend nor stay at this hotel chain again

Really great property with really nice rooms, great bed, great gym. Parking not included but easy across the street. Fantastic location for commuting: just 2 min from Highway. Will be starting here again

Really clean

Everything was very clean and well organized. We had a great experience. The host was very helpful and helped us with checking in which was a relief since we erre a bit confused. If were ever back we’ll definitely book here again!

The front desk staff were friendly. Microwave door was detached and on counter when we got to our room so completely unusable. We mentioned it to staff and they said they would send someone up to replace it then offered to move us. We had already partially unpacked and were late for a local music festival downtown so decided to stay in our current room. Later realized sliding door didn’t lock and light under microwave wouldn’t turn off so was difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, morning we left were woken up by housekeeping asking if we were leaving that day hours before checkout. Overall it was an ok hotel and convenient for event we were there for but probably won’t stay there again.

We loved our unit. King bed and and 2 bathrooms! Kitchenette was stocked and appliances are shiny and new.

This place is cringe - my family & I stayed here to visit the mall of America, during the time we were out we were receiving text messages about noise back to back . People were making false complaints about us during the time we wasn’t there . I checked out early being we were uncomfortable. I asked to be refunded the last day we didn’t stay, the manager denied my refund request. I contacted Travelocity .Travelocity called them , they lied by saying we were fighting so they didn’t have to honor our refund request . Travelocity was great and still gave me a refund .This area is full of drug attics , homeless people and is very dirty . The apartment complex and unit was okay - I give a 4 out of 10 😉

Stunningly clean and well-maintained. This was a last minute stay and ended up being a good jumping off point for both walking and Uber. Room had no place to sit and relax other than bed or uncomfortable table and chair. The lobby, however, was very comfy.

Have to pay for parking that’s not connected to the building. It’s not the safest building nor clientele. Was very noisy in room above me…they did move me to another room which I appreciated, but should not have to take place in the first place. Very disappointing. I’ve had a couple of other stays there that were very nice,

Excellent stay! I was really pleased during the five days I stayed there. The following they gave to the reservation and the check in was easy and convenient. The property is in really good conditions and the room was cosy and well equiped. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a bad experience this time at The Fitz. Ver sad as I’ve stayed there quite a bit and had a great experience normally.

Interior room is very nice and conmfortable; however, I felt watched the entire time via smart lighting and outlets, including mirrors and appliances. You receive a code via email and since my devices are hacked and stalked; someone(s) had entered my room. I explained this to hotelier and asked for new secure code and he said it was "impossible"; where day staff gave me new code in less than 5 minutes. Additionally, I asked to lengthen my stay without moving rooms and stated it couldn't be done. While I find this highly unlikely considering I was occupying room that was the same as the incoming guests; I was unclear why this was such an impossible thing to accommodate. Considering I travel quite a bit and have NEVER encountered this response. Same room style; no difference. So decrease in ratings secondary to lack of safety and lack of flexibility. Laundry room was filthy while it was nice to have it without charge. It was very anonymous and almost austere in both its design and hospitality.

Just a great experience. I would stay here again. I loved the ease of everything.

We loved our efficiency at Sondra. It included the dishes we needed for the kitchen, nice towels and sheets, and even the detergent pods for our laundry. The washer and dryer were just down the hall. The electronic entry for the building and the room took us a bit to get used to, but was convenient once we loaded the Sondar app. The one negative about our stay was the location and the lack of safe transportation. We were planning to use the train to get around both cities, but only did that once. It felt very unsafe, compared to other cities where we have used mass transit. Instead we spent about $100 a day using Lyft and Uber. This was a cost we hadn’t expected.

Everything was near perfect, the only issue was the inability to adjust the temperature and consequently it got too hot in the room and when I opened the window it got too noisy considering it was a weekend in downtown St Paul. The staff were great and super friendly and the room was super nice and modern. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location and the amenities! 2 blocks away from Key's which is an awesome place for breakfast, lunch & Happy Hour! Say Hi to Omar, or "Bromar" as he likes to be called! Easy walking distance to Excel Energy Center and other attractions! Very cute, quaint apartment with all the necessities! Only issue we had was with the thermostat as the unit would not cool, which made it difficult sleeping at night. However, we were able to open the window which helped considerably! Would stay there again hands down!

Expedia did not alert potential customers about the $250 hold places on one's credit card to check in, in addition to my entire week's stay. Also, the app does not work properly. I tried to schedule a cleaning of the room two nights in a row (and you must do it 48 hrs in advance), so I did not get clean sheets and a clean room, emptied trash, etc. There were times when I waited for a staff member for 30 minutes to schedule the cleaning, and nobody showed.. Not something I want to deal with again.
