Beautiful location. Lots of space. It was unfortunate that the high end oven broke before we arrived, as we had planned a large family meal, but the host communicated and even offered a full refund/ early arrival (we couldn’t get there early though) because they couldn’t get it fixed and the replacement wouldn't be there on time. For some reason there were a lot of spiders downstairs, but otherwise it was wonderful. Thank you.

We have rented many times thru VRBO and this is by far the best place we haved stayed. The home is beautiful! The area is so quaint with beautiful scenery and great places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future. Erin was the perfect host. If we needed anything at all, she was just a text away and always responded immediately. Our entire family enjoyed our stay here, with ages ranging from 10 years to 74 years. I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking in this area.

Beautifully restored historic house within short walk to the water in East Gloucester. Lots of room and great layout perfect for a friends’ reunion. Easy access to beautiful beaches, Rockport, and fabulous Stage Fort Park.

Large as described. Clean. Kitchen well supplied . Felt safe. On one way street. Close to Stop and Shop grocery store, restaurants and our day trip locations. Highly recommend for large groups.

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The location makes it easy to explore many nearby neighborhoods and is a quick 10 minute walk from downtown Gloucester.
The host was very responsive when we contacted her about anything.

We came to the house looking to hangout and reconnect as old friends and it was awesome. The property was clean and spacious, and we really used it to its full potential and had a great time.
We hope to make this a yearly tradition and can’t wait to book again in the future. It was easy to check-in and there was lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Walking to the beach was easy and fun (although quite cold in January!). We loved our time in Gloucester.

My mother, sister and I all stayed at Erin's property for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! I wanted a spacious spot where we could get ready and take some photos, and it all turned out stunning. Erin was very helpful when another property owned cancelled on me one month before my wedding. She was extremely accommodatingand very easy to get ahold of through the app. Highly recommend staying here!

The home was more than we hoped for. The best home we've ever rented before. We flew into Boston on a red eye and Erin made it possible for us to check in early. Erin was great to work with. Gloucester was the perfect place for us.

The home is absolutely amazing but there is currently no A/C in most of the house. It was very hot, even with all the ceiling fans going. We would definitely stay here again in the winter or if A/C is available in the summer. The home is really nice and we had great communication with the owner. Other than the lack of climate control. It’s a 5 star property.

We rented a slip at Pier 7 Marine great spot just 2 doors down and took the boat to all the surrounding beaches. Also you could walk to Good Harbor Beach.
