Good location to walk to center of Rockport. Also, right night to an electric car charging station.

It’s what you’d expect in an old Victorian house, steep, narrow stairs. This is part of the charm.

The breakfast was convenient and part of the stay, but it was also for the duration.

Richard, the owner and manager, did not cook any eggs other than hard-boiled. There wasn't any bacon.

The property is close to everything, shops, restaurants, ocean. Breakfast provided was comparable to what you get at a regular hotel.

First time at a B&B and I must say I will not stay at another B&B. The stairs going upstairs are very narrow as it is an older home and hard to get luggage up it. The mattress was extremely hard and the pillows also flat and hard. There was tons of road noise that I heard all night making it annoying as the bus stop was close by. I must say I prefer a hotel now that I have experienced a B&B.

Stairs to 2nd flooor were slightly difficult for my bad knee.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Rockport. The owners are great - very welcoming and helpful, and they have 2 very sweet, friendly dogs. A parking space behind the inn and a delicious daily breakfast is included. Lantana House is beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable, and is an easy 5-minute walk from downtown restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Room was spotless, breakfast very good, location perfect for walking to town. Front porch huge and a nice way to spend a bit of the afternoon when town was so crowded.

The Lantana House is spotlesslyy clean and well maintained. Richard makes an excellent breakfast with home baked goods. You can’t beat the location….close to the shops, Bearskin Neck and Front Beach. Rooms are comfortable and pretty.

Wonderful hosts-they were friendly and attentive. Place was clean and cozy. There was a beautiful porch to enjoy the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of homemade goodies. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay again!

Cozy rooms, clean and neat! A beautiful deck and front porch for relaxing. Our host was friendly and he made the best coffee cake!!
