Great! Right in the middle of all the Rockport fun and steps to the ocean! Very clean, shower supplies first class, balcony to enjoy the view, comfortable bed, coffee or tea maker, TV, touchless check in, and quiet... was Great!

The motel is in the perfect location in Rockport. The rooms are simple, very clean and very comfortable. All the rooms have access to the back deck overlooking the water, an incredible view. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again.

No microwave and Tub was not fully clean or working properly

Pillows not very comfortable. Small privacy fence/wall in between the rooms on the deck would be nice 🙂

No breakfast included, but our room was cozy, comfortable and super clean! Great tub/shower with plenty of hot water. Best feature is the back deck, (directly available from your room), that is just 25 feet from the ocean! Cooling breeze and the sound of the waves is SO relaxing! We used the offered no-contact check-in and it was perfect! Our room was available for us upon arrival and the proprietors were in contact via text every step of the way.

They scored a perfect 10 as far as we're concerned!

Everything was great, very clean, the scenery was beautiful, the sound of the waves on the rocks, the tide , and everything's within walking distance, nothing to complain about be back very soon ☺
