What an amazing house and property to help make your Kentucky trip memorable! The house is so beautiful and decorated in elegant equine decor that matches the truly fantastic horse farm. Every detail has been taken care of for you and your guests to be right at home. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spa like with fluffy towels and a heated towel rack! it is wonderful to wake up to sunrises and horses right outside your door. Sunsets also are spectacular with the long views of winding fences and rolling hills. Laura is wonderful to work with right from the start and is great to communicate with during your stay. The house is so well appointed that you will not need anything extra. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to be back next year!

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first. We come to the area for a work event and this works perfectly for us. Comfortable, beautiful and well appointed. Already looking forward to next year!

From the picturesque setting, gorgeous horses including mares and babies on the property, and beautiful essentially new well appointed cottage, down to the small surprises in closets and cupboards including lint rollers for your clothes, sunscreen, bug spray, small toiletries, and fun things in the kitchen, Laura has thought of everything you never knew you wanted/ needed. The house is spotless. Beds are extremely comfortable. The area is composed of stately horse farms, and it is said that Queen Elizabeth favored staying at a farm adjacent to this property. It would be wonderful to return, as this vrbo was well beyond our expectations and even lovelier than the photos depict. You won't go wrong booking this property!

Everything about this property is amazing! From the property itself, the views, to the home. It was the nicest home-away-from-home we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. The home was immaculate, had everything we needed including many little extras. High end finishes, comfy beds, a true first class experience!!!

We all loved EVERYTHING about our stay at the Arcadia Farms Cottage. The home itself was exceptionally clean and extremely accommodating. All private areas along with the common areas were really well laid out for maximum comfort and included amazing views out each and every window! And those views of the surrounding horse farm - were absolutely stunning! Our Host, Laura, was extremely responsive to any questions I had & even checked on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had the pleasure of meeting the Farm's Manager, Marian - who provided us with a wonderful wealth of information about the farm and horses. It is apparent that the owner and staff understand and are committed to high standards of hospitality and customer service. As a horse lover - staying at Arcadia Farms was a dream come true! Definitely a memorable experience. One that I look forward to repeating in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Cottage.

Everything was perfect, from the beautiful landscaping to the idyllic rolling countryside, luxury amenities, and tasteful decor. The owners have thought of everything. We could not have found a nicer place, just wish we could have stayed longer.
