Property is good. Check in and check out just in minutes. Very responsive staff. Many slippers are available. Water dispenser and some utensils perfect. I will recommend this unit.

Stayed a night and this place met all our needs perfectly. Not luxurious, but has hallmarks of decent hotel. Staff were responsive, free parking / access card provided, rooms were clean (indoor slippers provided), coffee and tea making facilities (no microwave), strong WiFi, shampoo provided, hot shower available, and only an easy 10 minute drive up to Genting. Check in details were clear and check-in/check-out process were seamless. RM100 cash deposit required at check-in/ to be returned upon check-out.

The sewage smell of the room even after compiling 2 times and the maintenance cam trying to fix the issue but unfortunately the smell still there for whole the week.

Water heater is a disaster. Totally bath with cold water in that cold weather. Asked for help but came back with answer that we needed to wait for at least 20mins until another person to use. We booked for four persons. So estimated two hours for us all to get done bathing after whole day outside. Air circulation in the room was not good at all especially the bathroom.

Affordable. Not too far from Genting SkyWorld (by car). Room was changed upon request.

I was expecting a studio apartment with a kitchenette but the room was a basic hotel room. There was a door to an adjoining room but no lock on my side, so I felt unsafe and didn't sleep well that night. Woke up the next morning to a dripping leak in the bathroom ceiling. Room was changed and I was given a studio apartment, however the room was damp, marks on the wall and mold on the curtains. The whole place was very tired looking.

the unit decoration was nice but the apartment unit not clean and has unpleasant smell. towels dirty . bathrooms are not clean.

the environment not bad, early morning being wake up by the sunrise, this is the nicest gift. The kitchen is full with necessary utensils but too bad no any sugar available.

The service is quite bad, someone put on the loud music at around 5am but nowhere to complain and settle it, have to wait till the music off at 7am

The room itself was generously sized, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen was a standout feature, allowing me to prepare meals just the way I like them. The hot water in the bathroom was consistently available, and the clean beds ensured a restful night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the flat left much to be desired, with noticeable lapses in housekeeping that impacted my comfort. The rooms were uncomfortably humid and cold, making it challenging to find the right balance for a cozy stay. The broken closets, coupled with non-switchable lamps inside, added to the inconvenience. The bedside lamps are broken. The lack of a heating mode in the air-conditioners exacerbated the cold conditions, making it less than ideal for a comfortable night's sleep. The use of a TV set-top box for YouTube and other services felt somewhat painful (it was offline most of the time). Additionally, wet toilet paper in the bathroom was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. Navigating the hotel proved to be a challenge. The room was in one tower, but check-in and check-out were located in another, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Especially at night and in fog. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff was responsive to my concerns and did their best to address them. However, these issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay.

The apartment is pretty nice, parking convenient.

The low rating is really a result of not having hot water for shower. This is not quite acceptable and this mind you, is really another B&B set up, but without new sponge for washing dishes being provided. Well, much room to be improved.

Love the overall stay, just needed heater in the room as aircon do not have this function. Also TV in the room have been an added benefit :)
