This house was so nice! Super close to everything we wanted to do in Grapevine, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts were excellent about fast communication, and we didn't have any issues with our stay. Just of note, no TVs in bedrooms and firm mattresses, so plan accordingly. We would stay here again!

I can’t say enough great things about my stay with Urban Oasis! From the moment we arrived, their hospitality and flexibility truly stood out. Host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering an early check-in without a second thought. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Host clearly takes great pride in maintaining their property, and it showed in every little detail. She was always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or requests. What really set this experience apart was host's genuine kindness and willingness to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If you’re looking for a place with a host who goes the extra mile and an awesome place with dining and entertainment within just a few miles, look no further!

Our mini vacation was with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons, ages four and almost two. The house was clean, neat, well appointed and comfortably large. There was a nice pack n' play with new linens for the almost two year old. We enjoyed the quiet, quaint neighborhood, the front porch and small back deck. Grapvine Mills Mall, where we visited Peppa Pig World and Lego Land, was less than a 10 minute drive. There was a nice, stroller friendly paved path to a deck overlooking Grapevine Lake. The paths leading down to the lake were too rough for small children. We walked approximately 1/2 mile to breakfast with the children in a stroller. Traffic was light and the streets had nice sidewalks. There was no television in the living room or any of the four bedrooms. There was a large TV in the upstairs bonus room with comfortable electric lounge chairs. Our family really enjoyed Urban Oasis, the walkable neighborhood, nearby restaurants and nearby kid friendly activities, including Dove water park.

It was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoy our stay very much. It was close to where we needed to go.

Loved this property and the location! Our host, Aditi, was very helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the recliners upstairs! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose to stay again in the future! Aditi was an excellent host! Would highly recommend it!

Very nice, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to airport and Gaylord. And there is a fire pit on the table on the back patio!!

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!
