Loved that it had beach chairs and an umbrella in the room since we had flown in. They also have bikes and surf boards to use with the property.

The location of the property was right next to the beach about 150 ft. Grocery store nearby. The communications with the contact was excellent. Quick response for anything we needed. The place offers free bikes with a code, bbq grill, parking right next to the property, the boardwalk is directly in front with shops and restaurants nearby. We took the bikes out for a casual ride down the boardwalk which has a bike lane. There's even a washer which provides you with the code to enter if you should need to wash any items. The view of the ocean was excellent from the apt. It provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Nice amenity if you're a beach person like myself. Only one thing I'd say is the shower (not bathroom) could use a slight upgrade of tiles, and maybe, a kitchen cabinet upgrade. Not a real concern. Everything else was excellent and deserves 5 stars for this property! I would definitely return

Great place! We loved everything from cleanliness to accommodations- a home away from home! Nothing like walking to a clean environment. Even your bed sheets and towels smelled pretty. We truly enjoyed our stay and i can't express how helpful Vickie(the property manager) was in making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon.

Very nice and clean, will stay again

Was a good place to stay, very clean, front of the beach and excellent and helpful attention to customers. The only problem is that the entrance to the apartment is to late my recommendation is more less at 2pm since we have to left the apartment at 10:00am.

I really love this place we definitely recommend it to our friends and family super clean and cozy.

Great place to stay with your family

There was rust on kitchen appliances. The modem for the entire facility was located in my room. The modem went down and while I was out. No one contacted me to tell me someone was going into room to reset modem. When I returned to my room the door was ajar and I found someone in the room. It was startling & I was upset that no one notified me prior to entry.

We loved our stay, perfect for the kids! Easy beach access and parking on site is huge bonuses!

Booking this stay was extremely easy! I called and paid the cleaning fee a few days prior to arrival, as requested. On the day of our arrival, I received all necessary info for our stay. Upon arrival, I had a hard time finding the parking and called Vicki, the property manager for help. Right away, she sent a photo and gave specific directions which led us right to our parking spot. She even let us know our room was ready, 3 hrs early!!! It was nice to check-in and get right to enjoying the beach! Vicki is truly a gem, she even stopped by our apartment to make sure everything was good for our stay! I'm not sure if they always present the bedroom this way, but we did check-in the day before Valentine's!

Fantastic location and beach access doing a lot of work for this unit. Comfortable main space but the bathroom was in really terrible shape. Moldy and musty smell dominated the bathroom and made it practically unusable.

Nice place to stay. Just big enough for 4 or 5 days. Shower had good water pressure. I liked that it had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and water toys, boogie boards and a very short walk to the beach.

Great place to stay if you are in the area! Be sure to read all of the emails the property sends. Though my error caused some confusion, the staff was very quick to support (check in issue). Friendly, clean, easy parking, steps from the Broadwalk, many ammenities and will be back if in the area!

This place is the BEST. It had literally everything. Beach chairs, blow dryer, individual room patio chairs. Keurig & two k-cups. Ice tray. Excellent television. Games. Great decor. Spot to wash sand off. Beach toys, boards & floaties. I was confused by the payment process. Orbitz says “pay cleaning fee at check-in” which I understood as “upon arrival.” Contrarily, the property management says you need to call them ahead of time to pay the cleaning fee in order to give you check in information. Phone number on Orbitz did not match phone number of the property on their website. It seemed sketchy but after calling three times over two days, we were able to speak to management and all was well. Our stay was fantastic, and we’ll definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend 👍👍

Unit was very clean, had a large bed and a full kitchen. The best part was the location, just steps from Hollywood boardwalk and the beach.

Amazing space. Quite. comfortable and spacious! I will return.

I booked a last minute vacation for my wedding anniversary and this unit was more than I expected. PROS= The ocean views were amazing and parking was easy and FREE! They provided basic kitchen essentials plus salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, tupperware, ice, and 2 Keurig coffee pods. They also provided 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and the opportunity to use bikes. Check in and check out were hassle free and the communication was top notch. BTW thanks for being accommodating at check out. CONS= There was construction happening on a nearby building. The shower was a little small, but the abundance of HOT water made up for it. It is a pet friendly property so listening to the neighbor's dog whine was a slight annoyance. All in all it was a relaxing trip and the room met all of my needs so I will most certainly be returning.
