Had everything we needed.. not as close to downtown as we thought but it was fine.

My fiancé and I decided on a whim to head down to Eureka Springs for some relaxation and fun. We wanted to stay someplace private, that wasn't too far from all the action and Sarah's Cottage is the perfect combination of the two. Situated on a beautiful piece of property, with a private deck to enjoy the scenery while sipping your coffee (or wine), this cottage has everything you need in a tiny home - efficient, cute kitchen (with snacks!), shower big enough for two with plenty of hot water, and a very comfortable bed. I found the decor to be tasteful and soothing and the ac unit rocks. Durinda is the ideal host and is very accessible should you need anything. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

My husband and I just wanted a little get away that was quiet and private. We had just that! The cottage was adorable and met all of our needs! Very clean! We will definitely be returning!

Had a great stay. Cottage was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Really liked sitting on the back deck in the morning. We were treated to a deer and a turtle wandering through behind the cottage. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s Cottage. It was super clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed. The property owner was on site and easily accessible if needed. It was peaceful, quiet, and close to everything. We would stay there again!

Great little place to stay!

The light in the cottage is magical since there are windows on all four sides, and the view from the back deck includes a magnificent old pine tree that was different kinds of beautiful as the sun moved across the sky. Cottage was clean and comfortable, contained all the amenities we needed.

My husband and I are busy with three kids and hardly ever get time for just the two of us. We love Eureka Springs and we loved this sweet little cabin even more! It was so relaxing and peaceful. She truly made it feel like our home away from home and we had everything we needed and more. It smelled so clean when we walked in and we loved all the added little touches. She remembers all the little things like snacks, ice, q Tips, coffee creamer, etc. We would love to come back and stay here for our next adult weekend! 10/10 stars 🌟

The cottage was cozy, clean, well supplied with necessities and more! Quiet, peaceful and extremely relaxing. Enjoyed the cottage as much as visiting Eureka Sorings. We will definitely stay again!!!! Durinda was very personable and we enjoyed our short visit with her and Shep. Til next time ❤️

Very calming environment, very clean, the owner is such a sweet lady. We couldnt of had a better host. Only down fall was a little chilly in there, the heat wasn't the best. All in all a very nice stay!

Sarah’s cottage was definitely super cozy and cute! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time there! She had everything ready for us including a few toiletries and snacks!!! I definitely felt like I was staying with a family member! We also enjoyed the little cat visits on our front porch :) For sure recommend and will try and stay here in the future!!!

Easy to get to. Clean. Lots of amenities. Short drive to downtown.

Durinda was a wonderful host. She gave clear directions before arrival, and the space was very close to downtown, clean, comfortable, super cute, and had everything we needed. We appreciated having the snacks for the mornings before we made it out for the first meal of the day. The view out the back door was beautiful, and we had fun seeing the cat greet us each time we came back from downtown!

Great little stay!

Quaint little cottage in a secluded lot with an awesome porch to hang out on while relaxing under the beautiful trees. Less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown makes it quiet but conveniently located to all the area amenities. The cottage shares the lot with the property owners house. The property owner is very nice and respects your privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again when I’m in the area.

This was perfect for us. We came to town for the Corvette show and it was only about 3 minutes from the events. Close to restaurants and shopping. She introduced herself on the evening of our arrival and I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area! We will be back. Thank you!

Very cute place, just a little way from the downtown area but far enough to be nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Sarah's Cottage was just charming! Nestled in a country setting, but very close to downtown Eureka Springs. My husband and I especially enjoyed breakfast on the porch in the morning and visiting on the porch with soft lights in the evening.

We so enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness from the host. It rained a lot of the time we were there so we couldn't really spend a lot of time outside on the deck but it was still relaxing and quiet there. It was very close and convenient to all the places around Eureka Springs we wanted to visit or see. We came back to Eureka Springs to celebrate our 10th anniversary in the same town we were married at. I'm so glad we did. Durinda is such a great host and person hopefully we can visit again soon.

Nice property. The owner was very hospitable. The cottage was clean and well-appointed. The cottage was a bit hard to find. It was easy driving distance to the old town area but not within walking distance of the old town area--it was roughly a mile and half from that area.

Wedding Anniversary trip-first time to the area…Durinda and her hospitality made it all the more special for two old lovebirds! Looking forward to our next visit!
