Great location, well appointed, will book again

The reason for our low review is the false advertising in the listing. One of the headlines on vrbo listing is that the property is dog friendly. Then right before you arrive you get a set of instructions that say dogs are not allowed on the furniture, you will be charged for any damage to the furniture, dogs need to be kept in a crate when you are not at the house. That is not dog friendly. We stay at vrbos that allow pets several times a year. None have requirements like that. We did our best to follow those requirements but it was a real inconvenience and there is no way we would have rented the property had the listing said that. That’s not dog friendly. It’s false advertising. Lastly, the listing says the driveway is steep but quote “levels out”. That is an understatement. The driveway was designed so that you pull into a garage where it truly levels out but the owners have locked/not allowed use of the garage. We have mid size suvs and there was not a true area that “leveled out”. It was very difficult to get up driveway and park. Due to the steepness, your doors would slam back and hit us multiple times. They almost hit our dogs getting out of car. Opening your trunk with luggage is tough as well as the incline is so steep things fall out. The driveway was designed for the garage.The extra “Parking pad” is not great either. It’s made with cinder blocks and you basically have to parallel park. Parking was not safe. Need garage access. and

We had a lovely time at Liberty Belle. The house was so cozy and clean. We had a few electrical issues while we were there but the communication was great and the problems were fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

We had a great time on our trip. We planned ahead and made meals at home every day. We played games together and went out to see the sights. We were 5 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from ruby falls. The spacious home was perfect for a large family with kids. There were 8 of us and we had comfortable sleeping arrangements. I could not have asked for a better experience... Liberty Belle was all pictured and more. Thank you.

Great location, great house, great communication!! This house was perfect for our family trip. We had 6 adults and 3 kids ages 4 and under. The house had two baby gates and a few other kid friendly items that were greatly appreciated. Every room was fantastic!! Would stay again!

We stayed for only two nights while down for my son's soccer tournament. The house was in a great location and perfect for our family and small dog. Would certainly stay again!

Wonderful house, amenities and location! Will definitely stay again!
