Building is old and run down.. rooms are clean to a certain extent. Toilets are slippery after showering which is dangerous. Toilet bowl in the common toilet was choked after using it once.

The seaview was amazing, this unit had a big balcony & 3 spacious room, 2 of the room also got the seaview & bathroom inside. Outside also got another bathroom, living room was big with minimalist furniture so my toddler was free & safe to roam around, the bedding was nice and clean, mattress & pillow was so comfortable. Hot water was available at all time, the aircond was cold & the wifi was super fast. Also provided with enough cuttlery for us family, you can also cook coz there was a stove provided with complete utensil. Also got washing machine can wash your cloth if needed but need to bring along detergent & softener. Free parking provided, not just park at the roadside ok, its a very secure parking near to the lift.

The aircond led light was a bit bright at night 🤣 thats all, coz we used to sleep in a pitch black room, so it was a bit weird for us when the room became dimmed blue , haha. So can bring sleeping mask to dim the light coz it can be shut down.

The property is located strategically near city centre and malls.

I think the housekeeper forgot to clean the inside compartments of the fridge. There were signs of drinks or fruit juices left from the previous guests.

It's far from the main attractions and the compound/car park is too big, with too many card points to navigate. Beds took up most of the room space.

Comfortable, value for money accommodation.

It's difficult to know your way to the apartment. Clearer instructions on how to get to it is needed. Give exact address for the office (key collection) and the apartment is important in case taxis or Grab is called. We spent quite some time trying to locate them, especially the apartment.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern u 2 Bädern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon. Wunderbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt u der Strand waren gleich fußläufig in der Nähe.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Mattresses were too stiff for our liking. Streets can be a bit chaotic at night, and property is affected by noise of speeding vehicles at nearby highway at night.

It’s really convenience in term of household, facilities, environment. The house fully equipped especially for those travel with family. Rice cooker, stove, cutlery all complete. I love it so much. Will repeat soon

Easiest key collection and handing over process. Provisions in the rooms were comfortable. Swimming pool was maintained clean and controlled for guests.

Carpark from the property itself is so confusing , of all 3 days , not once we got straight to the carpark lot allocated. went going round and round in circles including Exit . But the Lion's bay can't do much about it as it belongs to Building management. But still can find just that need time.

Theres so many buildings and numbers. We were quite confused when we first arrived

The view is most beautiful at night. Staff is very friendly and instruction very clear also easy to understand.

No complaints, I just suggested to adding a mirror with white lighting instead of yellow

سكنت مع عائلتي في شقه من 3 غرف، الشقه واسعه ونظيفه وبها كل المستلزمات، كانت تجربه رائعه، استمتعت مع عائلتي بالإقامة ووجود حوض السباحه، الشقه قريبه من كل الخدمات وتحتها مجمع تجاري، اعجبني قربها من الأماكن السياحيه وجامعة التكنولوجيا الماليزيه،، شكرا للطاقم الإداري الذي بادر بتوفير كل الأشياء الناقصه وحل بعض المشكلات، شكرا لتعاملهم الراقي، كل الشكر لهم على تفهمهم والانتقال إلى شقه أخرى مطله على البحر.

Cleanliness, location and nearby to eateries

The allocated parking lot is quite difficult to locate b’coz of the confusing and lacks of signage at the parking area and is not well lighted. No dustbin inside rooms and toilets Should provide another side table inside bedrooms

The hosts were nice and the location is great.

One of the toilet wasn't working and the bed was as hard as a brick; all of my family members couldn't sleep comfortably for days. The TV was difficult to turn on and there weren't much to offer on the TV.

key was privately dealt with. when we reached to collect the key, it was not there. we were told that the person who was supposed to have left the key in the shop slept over and forgot to leave the key. so we had to wait for around 30 mins. people who we asked for the key was not friendly. There was only one frying pan. and we prepared ourselves to do cooking. should have had a pot, hand towels, rice cooker and other essential items. Kitchen looked incomplete with very few items.

Room to have dustbin, kitchen utensil not clean as the previous tenan use it but your staff need to clean it before new customer check in.

Located far end near the beach. We are senior citizens with backache and knee pain, it is quite stressful to walked out for dinner and breakfast.

Strategic location

The location is good. Dangga Bay is now a popular area for tourists and locals. The unit was clean. The property is managed by a management company. The company staff is helpful but because they are not owner, making it difficult for them to engage with the property management committee.

The unit is next to a main road. So, it is advisable that light sleeper may avoid this property. No parking lot on the day of arrival, although the management company tried to help, but to no avail. 6 hours later, i contacted the management company, then i was given another parking spot. The parking in this property is like a maze, it is advisable that you walk around the parking area to see the big picture and understand how you should drive to reach your parking spot and how to exit the car park area. The price that you see on booking.com is not the actual price that you pay. You need to add RM80 for cleaning.

The location is great, easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The unit is not well maintained. Air conditioner at one of the rooms was faulty (After switching on for half an hour, it went off and showed EC error code). I communicated with the management so that they can fix it when I went out during the day time, but they couldn't do so because they didn't have the back up key. They were willing to come to help after I came back at 10pm. However, I gave up that option because I doubt the issue can be fixed within an-hour time. It turned out that I could not sleep well for 2 days. What a horrible experience! There is a washing machine but no detergent and hanging rack for clothes.

The property is spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. It’s very clean and come with basic amenities.

The staff ira and team is superb. They went an extra mile to help us. They are patience and really help us, as we have kids and old parents with us.

The check in process was very difficult. The previous tenant hadn’t checked out yet.. so we had to come back later. Then we couldn’t enter the parking because the owner did not give the rfid to enter. Then the guard had to take my details and my license. So bothersome. The car park was so difficult to find. Finally reached and one of room and it stinks of cigarettes. Other wise the place is clean. Basic amenities are good.
