The lady at the Check-in argued with us about our reservation before she verified and finally agreed that we were right. They also forgot dirty towels in the bathroom from the previous stay

Although noted somewherein the booking app we missed that we had to pay extra for parking. For the location and price of the hotel this seemed a bit much. Not used to waiting to check out in a line up anymore these days but 15 minutes isn't the end of the world. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is elegant and it’s very comfortable place to stay with your family for a vacation. It’s homey feeling away from home! The only downside of it was i reserved 2 queen beds then when i was checking in the receptionist told me they upgraded my room to 1 king size without even sending me email or and i even sent them message before our trip the day before to confirmed the room with 2 queen beds! plus i did clearly mention when i was booking the hotel 2 queen beds. And the worst is i have to pay extra for a Murphy bed.

They were having computer issues when we arrived ans couldnt sign us in when we arrived at 7:10pm. We had to go sit and wait til 7:45 pm til I walked up to the counter to ask if the issue was resolved and then they were able to get us signed in. Also the pillows were way too soft so had a not so great sleep.

Customer service was excellent. Property seems new, very clean. Lots of parking. Easy access from the highway. Quick drive to the ferry terminal for a visit to Quebec City. Only negatives were very minor - room was too dark and they didn’t provide hair conditioner (which I need!).

The lobby and rooms feels very clean and luxurious. Breakfast is not very special plus you need to pay extra $14 for it. You are better off going to a near buy resturant. Parking is not included, its $17 per night.

The stay was exceptional overall. I appreciate that there were EV chargers on site. The continental breakfast buffet exceeded expectations!

This hotel is kind of anti-ergonomic. Room was very very dark even with all of the lights on. The bathroom didn't have a fan, but did have a completely unnecessary pocket door (the room had a ton of empty space). Bed was good, bathroom products were not.
Climate control reset itself to 24° several times over the 8 hours we were there so woke up not a couple of times.

The hotel its self was wonderful. Clean and safe. Though check in was not great. The lady at the desk seemed to give french speaking guests preferential treatment, as they were helped before me even though I was there first. Also, I was expected to pay an extra $17 for parking as we booked on Expedia, with out warning. Also, breakfast is another $12 extra. For the amount we paid for one night you'd think these would be complimentary. These extra charges just felt like cash grabs that will make us think twice before staying here again.

Very new and elegant, just the staff is not enough to deal with lots of guests coming at the same time .however they are very kind and smart .

17$ parking in Levis Quebec... on a weekend... This isn't a New York size metropolis, it's a suburb. The hotel is surrounded strip malls and restaurants with free parking... should just be included in the 250$ a night suburb hotel room.
If you have more than one room, make sure they are on the same floor, you need your room card to take the elevator, and it only allows you to go to your room's floor.

This is a very beautiful hotel with very clean, modern & classy decor. The dark curtains are a win for me when it comes to sleeping. We were "upgraded" to a king with Murphy bed and both beds were comfortable and I loved having a solid duvet over top of me. There is a phenomenal restaurant across the street that has a wide variety of entrees & family friendly options. I can't wait to stay at this hotel in future.

The staff was slow, didn’t communicate properly and didn’t seem to know anything about their own property. It was one of the worse experiences I’ve had. These people should not be in hospitality services.
