La cama tenía chinches que corrían por la cama y las paredes. Al principio no sabíamos que eran pero al aplastarlas y ver que salía sangre vimos que eran chinches de cama. Si miran en julio verán un comentario de una chica con fotos con un montón de picaduras de chinches.

Trochę wypadałoby odmalować ściany. Rozkładana kanapa nieco zużyta i poplamiona.

- location was good, close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and tube station - the rooms were clean - host was kind and responsive via WhatsApp

- the “split level” studio apartment should have mentioned that the bathroom and kitchen were in separate rooms and separate floors as to the bedroom. - WiFi was really slow and sometimes didn’t work

Property was not at all as described. It was described as a “split level” apartment which suggests it is a single apartment on two floors. In reality it was two seperate “apartments” - bedroom on one floor, bathroom and kitchen on another floor, with a communal corridor and two locked doors seperating them. Having to leave the bedroom and go down a shared stairway and through another locked door every time I want to use the bathroom is not at all a relaxing stay. There was no living room or area to relax. There was no coffee machine or toaster (although after complaining I was given a toaster on the second day - which at first didn’t work - and was then replaced with a working one the following day, but considering I was only staying 4 nights I was half the stay without any means of making myself breakfast!) There was also no private washing machine - instead I had to go downstairs and outside to a shared machine, which didn’t have power, so again I had to ask for it to be connected in order to use it. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. All in all not what I had in mind and for £90/night not cheap enough to justify the lack of comfort - next time I would book into a cheap hotel instead. The man who met me and was on hand to help however was very responsive and tried his best to address my problems whenever he could, but he isn’t the owner and wasn’t responsible for the apartment not meeting expectations.

The location is very good. It's about 10 minutes from the metro and train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

It is written that there is a split level, but it's not very clear that you need to completely exit the sleeping room, take the main corridor, and enter an completerly other door to access the kitchen and the toilet. So if you need to go to the toilet during the night, you need to put your clothes on, exit the room and go to another room. It's private, but it's not the idea when we made that reservation. We were offered a different appartment all on the same level, but with an additionnal fee. Also, there was no bed table, no beside lamp. The sleeping room had very minimal equipment. Mainly, there was not even a contour sheet on the bed. So we had to remake the bad everyday. Otherwise, we were sleeping directly on the mattress. The shower head was falling apart and taped. We reported by whatsapp and didn't have a reply. We had a bedside lamp waiting at the door on the last of our 4 days.

The apartment doesn’t fit with the pictures shown by the owner. The apartment is under the basement. One bed and two couches to sleep. The bed was ok, but the couches unacceptable. Small, dirty and uncomfortable. The price you pay for what you receive is absolutely out of limit.
