The Rockhouse Cave side was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, spacious, with an amazing patio, and an up close and personal view of Civil War History. The location is perfect for those wanting to walk Main Street in Eureka Springs. The check in/out process was convenient and not complicated.

We love the Rock House cave side suite. It’s the perfect location, we love the patio and layout of the Vrbo. Our only suggestion are blinds for the sky lights, it’s too bright early in the morning or if you are trying to take an afternoon nap, Other than that, we’ve been there 2xs and I know we will be back!

This is a fantastic location directly in the middle of town, easy walking distance to anything downtown. Has great natural light and a great back patio that was a perfect beginning or end of the day hangout. Very clean and well kept, great for a couple to stay. Has a sink and light amount of dishes, coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, but no actual kitchen so just be aware if you are wanting a place to prepare or serve much food.

I can't recommend this rental enough! It was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved the back patio area and the cave right behind the patio was very unique. My husband and I brought our 6mo old with us and it worked out great with a little one.

This was a very unique property right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. Very spacious for a couple and extremely clean! We thought it was very cool to have a cave that only could be accessed by this property. Super nice private patio in the back as well. Within walking distance of all shops and restaurants in downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the private patio and access to the Cave House. Surprisingly quiet and extremely convenient to all the down town shops and restaurants. We will likely return for another stay!

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location couldn’t be better. The patio put it over the top. I highly recommend.

Every year, my siblings and I buy my parents a Trip for Christmas. This year was Eureka Springs and this location did not disappoint! They had nothing but wonderful things to say about the town and their stay at Rock House Cave. They said the room was huge with a wonderful lounge area and the best part… a PRIVATE patio. Parking was a breeze and seemed closer then a block away. A perfect amount of stairs to their room (them being in their late 60s, this was a plus). PERFECT LOCATION.

I’ve been to Eureka Springs several times, but never stayed in a place quite so wonderful, right there on Main Street. Big beautiful room fantastic communication with owners I highly recommend this place as a Vrbo Owner. My self. I can’t think of one thing they did not think about. Thank you

Everything was great with our stay. Loved the room and how it was right in the middle of everything but still quiet and relaxing. We parked and didn’t have to go to our car again until we left.

Everything was wonderful in this newly remodeled treasure that was exceptionally clean.

This is a great property! You are steps away from every great restaurant & bar, the back patio is huge with cool lighting, the bed is super comfortable. The one HUGE drawback is the skylights - several of them, so if you want to sleep in you need an eye mask. It is bright as day at 6am in there. This is my second time staying here, so the skylights did not keep me away, because the location & comfort are top notch.

We enjoyed our anniversary trip, it was so great to park and be able to walk almost anywhere we wanted from our room. Accommodations were five ⭐️ and we will be back!

We hadn't been to Eureka Springs in a while. Just taking a couple of days together before classes start back up. The room/Suite was incredible. Loved the spaciousness. Very clean, well laid out, very comfortable bed. Nice amenities - refrigerator and microwave, as well as some dishes, cups, and glasses. Spent time reading, watched a bit of TV, walked around Eureka Springs. The only drawback - and a minor one - was that the televisions was limited to streaming - we wanted to watch the Cowboys play Texas A&M in their bowl game. Kept up on the game through WiFi - but it would have been nice to watch it. Very enjoyable stay - highly recommend this suite.
