Great staff, very clean, great location.

We were in room 002 and the bathroom door is very stiff and doesn’t shut. Makes a noise. Breakfast was nice but would like a warm plate and the butter was cold, also very cold in there.

The room was done to a very high standard, however it was very claustrophobic and cramped with very little natural light and limited surfaces to place suitcases/ personal items etc.Staff were extremely helpful and let us check in early. The location was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, decorated to a high standard

Lovely room, very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is small and quiet and in easy reach of any number of good eating places, would definitely use again.

Unfortunately you couldn’t have an evening meal at the hotel but breakfast was available.

Reception staff were abrupt

Great location on what is arguably the best street in Liverpool. From the outside the hotel looked really inviting - beautifully festive and we received a warm welcome from the reception staff- check in was super easy. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated and our room was stunning. We paid extra for the spa bath which was well worth it. We ended our evening in the hotel bar where we were looked after by Ellie and Ashley who are both a credit to the business. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to revisit.

Nothing, everything was great!

Great location, clean and modern. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good just a few teething issues like cold coffee unfortunately. Great bedding, comfy bed and huge fluffy pillows.

The automatic tap in our bathroom was annoying and made washing a brushing teeth difficult. There must be a nightclub nearby as we had booming music until 6am. It was Christmas and a weekend so I doubt this is always the case. We were on the LG floor at the back of the building. The cups and plates are awkward to use, while they look nice they are not at all practical. Someone was hoovering at 5am, luckily the hotel was empty so it wasn’t too much of an issues but with the booming music too we didn’t sleep well.
