Great place to visit. Their is lots to do and lots of amenities to enjoy.

Both the property and the unit were clean and beautiful. We loved that you can rent fishing poles, kayaks and boats right there. The on site restaurant Dolphins was convenient and the food was really good.

First day staying at the hotel and I had sheriff come search my family at are place with no reason for them to have to ask us to be searched . Very upset after I allready had to send a request to get accepted to this town homes rental and provided them with all the information they need it .

We had great stay! It's wonderful place that I recommend to those visiting the area.

The townhome was beautiful. A lot of space for a family of 8. We stayed on Merrit Island because extended family was staying at the condo our family owns on Cape Canaveral. We had problems with our air conditioner and went without for 3.5 days. Temps were in the 90’s 🥵 This made the first part of our stay very stressful. We had a lot of gear and two babies under 2 years old. We were offered a condo overlooking the marina on day 3 however it really wasn’t suitable for our family so we stuck it out. Communication with/from management was good but I didn’t feel like I was on vacation, I was managing our situation. The floors in our condo were filthy. We had to wash our feet before getting into bed. They were absolutely black. I was told it was from body oils absorbing dust/dirt from the tiles. 🙄 They just weren’t cleaned appropriately. Staff came to clean our floors but again, I felt like I was managing the management instead of vacationing.

We stayed quickly overnight. Property is clean. They do not tell you on Vrbo that you have to check in at the clubhouse for keys and late check out is not an option until check in.

Here on a football tournament trip. Great spot for friends, family getaway. Easy process. Nice clean property.

So close to KSC, cocoa beach. Perfect weekend getaway for a hockey tournament. Clean and well furnished.

Had some trouble logging into wifi, but that was it. Nice codo!

Our group was two families with kids. The rental unit was great (clean, organized) as was the property, marina and pool. The check in process was more like a hotel, which made it easy.

We enjoyed staying here so much ! Very clean, great area, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Perfect place for anyone looking for a getaway!

This property was amazing for all of the amenities that are offered. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub were very nice. I really enjoyed the pet friendly townhouses because I was able to bring my two dogs in our family trip. However, I wish it was listed that there is an adjoining door in the living room between units. The other unit next to me happened to have a dog, too, so our dogs barked at each other through the door. It's not a bad setup, but knowing beforehand would have been nice. Also there is construction currently happening at the resort with a new building being put up. The unit my family staid in was right in front of the construction. All of the noise, dust, and debris hindered our enjoyment of the 1st floor balcony. All in all, I would definitely stay here again after the construction is finished.

I came to visit my son and family. wanted to do something nice for them and I found this place close to the beach and has a beautiful pool.

Lots of space and a good price. Merritt island has some unique activities like bioluminescent kayaking that we did one night. That was really fun. The location is 30 minutes from the beach. So, be aware of that when booking.

It is a wonderful location and beautiful views.

We were in town for a baseball tourney and needed housing for a week. This was just what we needed with the right amount of space. Washer and dryer in the unit were a big plus. If I'm nitpicking, the driveways/garage are really tight for larger SUVs but we managed fine.

My son and I stayed here while he attended a week of Space Camp. Location could not have been more perfect. Property was clean and well stocked. The front office staff were super helpful, very nice and attentive. We had a problem with our AC and it was fixed promptly (before it even got warm in the unit on a 90 degree day!) They assured us they would move us to another unit if they couldn't get it repaired quickly, but they called in an outside contractor quickly and it was working within the hour. The property is pet friendly and super clean / well maintained, nice landscaping and it felt very safe. I walked my dogs late at night and before the sun came up and always felt comfortable. The pool and hot tub are also well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!
