Right on a major shopping street. Lots of interesting shopping and great restaurants. We walked to old city in about 20 minutes. My kids loved the tub and shower in the washroom. Only drawback was the number of homeless people nearby.

The property was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and met all our needs. Would highly recommend and would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Quebec City! The hosts, Jean Charles and Dominique gave us a warm welcome and were readily available to help us navigate their apartment and city. The property is very clean and central for walking to the many attractions. It had all of the amenities mentioned on the website. We will definitely stay there again if we return!

The condo was super clean, the decor was modern , the beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions. They even left us a bottle of wine! There was a grocery store nearby as well as many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had a glorious vacation! Thank you! Would suggest a few things. After we thank you for the delightful wine we found to welcome us. There is also a parking garage one block closer and feels a bit safer. AC in the double bedroom is very noisy. Abrupt starts are rather disturbing to one’s sleep. We appreciated the keyless entry and laundry. Very convenient. Hope this doesn’t sound critical only helpful. I have been an owner of eleven different multi-use properties and understand how difficult it is to keep them all running. Good luck in your endeavors! Again, we had a lovely visit and thank you. Great property, has everything you need. Very close to old town.

This apartment was nice, comfortable and the host was very friendly. The location was very central however was noisy at night. Parking was separate in another location, need to be prepared to pay for public parking.

Darling condo in a nice neighborhood. Close to the train station, grocery store, and other services. Host was responsive to our needs. We would recommend it

The condo was clean, comfortable, and located within walking distance of tons of great restaurants and bars! The hosts were great!

As advertised, modern space with everything we needed. Location is perfect, near restaurants, groceries, and all the wonderful sights of Quebec City. We walked to mostly everything, or took a quick Uber ride. Communication with owners was excellent and timely. Highly recommend for a family stay.

The condo was as shown in the pictures; clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. We had everything we needed to do laundry, cook and serve our groceries/meals or take-out, clean and abundant linen and even a welcome bottle of wine. There was lots to do nearby as well as places to eat and shop, as long as we did it before 8/9pm. Regular contact with the property manager. Very nice and would rent again.

The experience delivered

Everything was as advertised. Very clean & modern. Our only suggestion would be to install a handrail on the entry staircase which is steep with narrow treads. It made our older relatives nervous to use them.

Well-appointed apartment, and ideally suited for a family of three generations. Interesting, lively neighbourhood, and within walking distance of the historic city and sites.

Had a great time in Quebec this week and this condo served us well. Condo is very spacious and had everything we needed including washer and dryer. The location is good and it is not far to walk to the older part of the city. Though located on a fairly popular street, this unit was quiet. For the few times we wanted to catch a ride, we found Uber to be very unreliable, but Laurier taxi service was great, always prompt and on time. The Metro Plus grocery store was 2 blocks away and there were some nice shops close by. As a bonus, the weather this week was wonderful! Would love to come back to this beautiful city.

Perfect apartment that worked well for our family of four adults and 2 kids. Steep stairs to the unit so would not work well for anyone with mobility issues. Loved Rue St. Joseph area with interesting places to eat that were removed from the main touristy drag. Walking distance to the old city, Citadel, etc, although again not for people with mobility issues given the stairs. Walking distance to the river and the wonderful parks, pedestrian and bike path there.

As a family of 4 this Sainte-Roch stay was perfect in every way. Lovely and spacious with modern amenities and close to everything you need. Old Town Quebec was within walking distance or only a short cab ride on a hot day. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again next time we are in town.

Generally comfortable, very nice shower, stairs could use a handrail, and linens could have been "crisper". Lots of little eateries close by. There were a number of "down and out" looking individuals hanging around the neighborhood.
