elevator was broken and they put us on the 5th floor so we had to walk up and down the stairs all day. Hotel was dirty and I didn't feel safe

Roaches Run down rooms curtains were dirty and falling apart worst hotel I ever stayed at homeless drug addicts outside of building and possibly staying at the hotel too

Very dirty room had a smoked cigar on top of the TV. The lobby was awful. The whole hotel is in very bad condition.

-Hotel had a policy of no more than two adults per room, though four was booked through the site and there were two double beds. Even called a few weeks before to confirm and discuss any security deposit. Front Desk accomodated for $10 more, no security deposit. -Not enough towels. Requested more on Saturday morning and evening, Front Desk said not available both times. -Elevators did not inspire confidence. One was blocked by an attraction vouchers stand. The one that was usable had a missing floor button cover. -Shower needs more water pressure. -Lighting in the room very inadequate. Lamp switch above bed operates one lamp or te other, but not both.

Property has major roach and other creepy crawly bugs. Very disappointed with my stay. It felt like something was crawling on me app noght

My room was absolutely disgusting.. the door didn’t lock. Filthy comforters . No tv.. hallway lights flickering . The whole hotel itself was disgusting and nasty.. I did not even stay.. checked in and went to my room went in for a few seconds and turned right around and gave the lady at the front desk my key card and told her I am leaving that this place is terrible and nasty

The property is being renovated so I understand the overall condition. It is conveniently located by the airport. I thought my experience was on par with what I paid. That said for the low cost I would definitely rent a room there again

I booked a nonsmoking room but received a smoking room. Was told if I wanted a nonsmoking room I would have to put down a $25 deposit because someone lied to her about being a non smoker but smoked in the room. Was unable to use my tv stick with TV because the remote didn’t work properly with the TV. Also, air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. Furthermore, I’m not sure how I ended up in 1/2 of adjoining rooms. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend that anyone does.

Looks like an old quality hotel which was sold and fell into disrepair as the area around it became less affluent. You have spacious rooms, marble top tables, and hardwood elevators. On the other hand, it was dirty, smelly, humid, smoky, with lights flickering everywhere (where there were bulbs) and appliances not working. Get the feeling the owners gave up trying to keep up appearances and get by on renting out to rooms for low rent.

Moldy ceiling, cigarette holes in the bed, non-working tv….if this is what you are looking for, this is your place. Luckily it was a short stay

They talk to you like you ain't nobody no TV gone. No wi-fi now we do and security in the building is not good doors got access that don't need it have you tell them who I am there I'm going to be in danger again like the other hotel are being put out on the street or whatever but not good here and you can't get no money back

They say the tv’s don’t work, but in reality, the service/signal is trash. The only channels that work are the news and the TV Guide. I didn’t have a fire stick or anything like that, so I was stuck watching cable news and my phone for my stay. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and they didn’t charge me for staying over when my ride was late picking me up.

Checked in and the ceiling was falling in and actively had water in bags hanging from the ceiling. I am sensitive to mold and instantly was having problems. Got to the room and it was okay but definitely not clean especially the bathroom. Instantly turned around and went back down to the front desk to cancel. They didn’t argue they just said ok and gave me my money back.

The hotel blocked me for no reason and when I asked for a reason they didn’t have no I didn’t do anything for them to block me

Full details about the property were not listed at booking. Accommodation was not available which forced a last second reservation at another hotel and still had to pay for a room i never checked into.

This property is clearly in the midst of repairs from what I can only assume is major water damage. The room smelled moldy, there was visible mold damage, the carpet and chair felt damp, and there were bugs. This property needs to be completely shut down until it's actually suitable for guests to stay in.

I stayed for two days prepaid online with a non refundable payment and I get there to check in and was informed there was no tv and it wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon

Did not stay. Room was located on 5th floor only access was a dirty old stairway.Room was very dirty stains all over the floor. Smelled of urine. Couldnt make it past the door with out gagging. Not even sure it should be operationable. Very serious health concerns. Should not be listed as available.

Never seen nothing like it before in my life no TV no nothing

The first floor lobby is leaking water into the floor. The floors are dirty. Got to the top floor and it looked like a horror movie with the lights in the hallway flickering on and off. The hotel room didnt have working lights and the bedsheets looked like they werent changed.

The room felt damp and we couldn’t figure out why until something fell behind the bed and the wall and floor were soaked .

T V didn't work, but there was a sign visible when checking in. But it's too bad that info couldn't be on their website. It didn't matter to me, but others might. A/C didn't work in the first room I was given, but they changed my room. Other than that, it was OK for the one night I wanted.

There was trash bags where i went.to get ice.....so much mold. ...they changed the nam3 and nothing else
